Chapter 7: Reverting Back

Not wanting to cause a scene, Kence just didn't say anything and kept his silence. He hopes that this woman will just leave him alone after seeing how uninterested he is

Unfortunately, the things that seem unobtainable are the things that will make a person want that thing more. That is the case with this woman and Kence

"Are you the shy type?" The woman that Kence doesn't even bother remembering the name of whispered in his ears. Dianne's warm breath brushed his ears and the slight minty scent in it was caught by his nose

Other men would surely be aroused by this but Kence is different. He originally prefers women but since he is still in a relationship, although he will end it soon, this still doesn't feel right. This woman's provocative actions disgusted him and he pushed her away in case it will cause another rumor about him to spread

Too bad for Kence that although he pushed her fast, his good for nothing friend already took a picture of him

With a playful smirk, Rhash sent the picture to Calter while giggling

"Hihi, how dare you flirt with a woman in front of me while I'm still heartbroken? I'll let your boyfriend teach you a lesson" Rhash mused in his mind while internally giving Kence a middle finger

Although Rhash is already used at scenes like this, he still felt some bitterness in his heart. Women always flock near Kence although he was uninterested while he was here, trying his best to make someone like him

In sorrow, Rhash opened his gallery and stared at the picture of a cute and pretty girl. Rhash always have a soft spot for cute things and he can't help but tear up again

He thought that this new girl of his will finally like him but it ended instantly. In bitterness, Rhash drunk another full glass of alcohol, and a warm current assaulted his throat

Here he was, pitifully drowning in his sorrow while his friend was flirting with a woman. Rhash felt miserable at that but he also can't help but smile indecently

Soon, Calter will surely rush here and teach Kence a lesson. Rhash can't wait for that time and he would surely laugh loudly

Dianne was unfazed by Kence's refusal. She was confident in her beauty and thought that Kence was just playing hard to get. Soon, he will succumb to her

Too bad that her thinking was completely wrong. Kence has a lot of his mind currently and he will soon lash out. It was taking everything he has to stop himself from exploding

However, the words that are entering his ears didn't help calm him down

"Hey, isn't that Kence Russel of Kaijin Entertainment?"

"I think so, isn't he rumored to be in a relationship with that handsome CEO?"

"What do you know! I heard that he is in love with Calter Sternix but the man didn't like him"

"Of course! How could the most talented descendant of the Sternix Family like him? That Calter will only like someone Like Eriel Lamine! They both came from reputable families!"

"That Kence Russel looks handsome but he is actually being the third party? Seems like looks can really be deceiving. He is handsome and very famous, why does he need to like someone so out of reach from him?"

"Is it really Miss Eriel that Mr. Calter likes? Aren't there many reports that Calter and Kence are in a secret relationship?"

"Nonsense! Those are just rumors that Kence himself spreads!"

Because of Eriel's manipulation, public opinion was pretty divided. It was Eriel that spread rumors that she and Calter are in a relationship while also damaging Kence's reputation

Unfortunately for her, Kence is always careful. He always tried to not disgrace himself in public for his lover. Not to mention, Calter is also cleaning whatever mess that Eriel will make

If not for Kence and Calter's actions, the reputation of the former would have fallen down the hill now. However, despite knowing that those rumors are Eriel's own doing, Calter still treated her kindly and gently

His lover was being harmed in the open yet he doesn't do anything about it. Whether it be for the guilt he had or for Calter wanting to inherit the wealth of his family, Kence doesn't care anymore

Kence is always fed up with this shit. If only Calter stood up for him openly, his reputation wouldn't suffer a blow like this

Of course, Kence is also at fault. He won't deny that. He also wants to continue being an actor in the past and because of that, he can't disclose his relationship to the public

Kence is also blaming himself for the things that are happening to him but now, this is enough

After being transmigrated in the past, Kence is already considering cutting off his ties with the entertainment circle. In that way, he would have a peaceful life

It's just that although Kence is ready to do that, he still thinks that all of his hard work would be wasted. After all, he exerted a lot of effort to come to where he is now

However, hearing bad bards words directed towards him was the last stroke that breaks the thread of his patience

At normal times, Kence will just keep his silence as to not damage his reputation. But things are different now

Kence was about to open his mouth and speak but Rhash beat him to it

Rhash angrily slammed his fist on the bar counter creating a loud banging sound before standing up from his seat. Rhash's anger-filled eyes stared at all the people around gossiping about his friends

He was so angry that his body was trembling hard. Too bad that his cute appearance makes him look like a child throwing a tantrum and not many people become afraid of him

"You bastards! How can you ---" Before Rhash can finish his words, Kence already covered his mouth with his hand and forced him to sit down again

Kence knows that Rhash is angry for his sake and it warmed his heart a bit. However, he already decided to quit and it would be better if it was him that would make a scene

"What are you doing? Are you going to let them off like usual?!" Rhash asked angrily and Kence shook his head

This is certainly not the first time that this kind of things happened but things would be different this time

In an imposing manner, Kence stood up from his seat and arrogantly walks in the direction of the group of people loudly gossiping about him

A wild and a bit cold Alpha Pheromones wafted in the air causing the people that were caught with it to tremble in fear. Alpha Pheromones are domineering and will make people submit in fear

These people with inferior pheromones tried to resist but the shaking of their bodies didn't stop

"Are you done?" Kence asked darkly and he gave the people an illusion that they were being stared at by a demon

This is one of Kence's sides that was suppressed because of Calter. He is not the kind of person that will take shit from anybody. Too bad that he forgot this side of him

"Y-you ... what d-do you w-want" an Alpha that tried using his own pheromones to resist asked, trying to act bravely. Too bad that his pheromones were inferior to Kence's and he was still affected by the suppression

"What I want? It's simple. Kneel and apologize for gossiping about someone in front of them"

Kence might be causing a scene now but he was not afraid. Even this bar is afraid of Calter. This was not the first time that someone wants to make a scene with Kence. It's just that, he can't afford to lift a finger before

Calter is different though. He pressured the Hijin Club to give him an explanation for what happened at Kence. Ever since then, the club will always side with Kence

Even if Kence makes a mess here, Calter will clean it for him. That's just a small repayment for all the hard things he had to endure

"A-are you c-crazy? W-why would w-we d-do that?!" The Alpha retorted before the jaws of everyone around drops to the ground

Kence didn't hold back anymore and gave that Alpha a punch straight to the face. His suppressed emotions gushed out and the alpha he punched saw a bunch of stars

Instead of feeling guilt for punching someone until they lose consciousness, Kence only feels exhilarated

"Damn, that hits the spot!" Kence muttered to himself excitedly. It was already such a long time when he went to fight someone although it was one-sided this time

Gasps of shock entered Kence's ears and that just made him smirk. To hell with reputation! Since Eriel wants to make him look bad then he will be bad!

If a person wants to keep a reputable image, there would be a lot of restrictions on what they can do. But if they don't care about things like honor, they would be feared

Since Kence doesn't care about his reputation anymore, the next time that he sees Eriel, he would be able to punch her like he always wants to do

To hell with chivalry! Kence is a believer of true gender equality and he doesn't care whether they are a man or a woman

"Now, kneel you bastard gossipers of I'll break your knees!"

The former good guy Kence suddenly turned into a punk or more like he reverted back to how he used to be. The once tamed tiger is now back at being a wild one!

Rhash's eyes twinkled at this scene and his blood boiled. He remembered back in college that he became friends with Kence in a similar situation like this

Rhash as a timid guy was often bullied and Kence saw that. Thus, he beat up the guys bullying Rhash, and ever since then, Rhash clings to this "golden thigh"

"Why are you being so arrogant, right now?" Another Alpha suddenly asked but he was not part of the people that gossip about Kence earlier

When Kence turned to look at the voice's source, his silver eyes darkened. James Mawn, an Alpha that deeply loves Eriel to the point he was willing to be that woman's sword

Despite knowing Eriel loves another man, James still helps her gain the man she wants. A truly foolish yet strong guy

James's pheromones are only slightly inferior to Kence's own. When he spread his pheromones around, the suppression almost vanished and the gossipers can move freely again

Kence also has a hatred for this James since he is the sword of the person he deeply hated and it was now being showed openly

"I just want to teach them a lesson not to gossip about other people. Is there something wrong with that or is it your brain that is broken?"

James' countenance turned cold. Why does he felt like Kence changed so much? In the past, no matter how angry Kence is, he would do his best to keep it to himself

It was not because Kence is a coward but because he was so desperate in enduring things for Calter's sake. If Kence gained a bad reputation, won't that just make the Sternix Family view him with more hostility?

Kence cannot be hated more since it was Calter's life goal to become the Heir of the Sternix Family. If Calter's position was shaken because of him, Kence will not be able to forgive himself

But things are different now. After today, Kence will break up with Calter. In that way, Calter's position wouldn't be harmed by him anymore and Kence can have a peaceful life. This is a win-win situation for them

"Teach them a lesson? To us, it looks like you just want to bully people"

What a glib tongue. James managed to reverse the situation by using morality but Kence doesn't care

"Even if I do, so what?" Kence asked with a smirk before grabbing James's color and giving him a deathly glare
