Targan's sudden attack blasted away Kence's body. His back collided with the walls from the Sternix Manor that he had frozen earlier

Kence was not severely injured but a bloody wound was still left in his chest. He even coughed out a mouthful of blood

Targan didn't even stop. He floated above Kence's aching body. He stretched out his arm and a large draconic palm completely made from the blazing fire was formed

The old man then uses that fiery arm to locked Kence's figure in the ground

Kence badly wanted to resist this humiliation but he didn't dare to. He was afraid of the consequences his action would have on Calter

Sure, he can fight Targan to death. However, that would also destroy the surrounding buildings that would in turn harm Calter
