He headed straight to Wind Cloud City, the closest place from the Celestial Star City. The Wind Cloud City was one of the six major cities in the Central Region. It was several times bigger than the biggest city in the Eastern Region.

The Wind Cloud City was ruled by the Wind Cloud Sect.
