The Preparation for the Trip

Jay's Pov

"The strawberry and some ingredients for the mojito, but if you want to go now, I'll accompany you first then I'll be back here" then she took out her phone.

"Ok, and I have an idea, uhm., Ms., do you have a tote bag? For I can easily carry these things and fruits" right!!

"Yeah, we have but what color do you like?" and she keeps her phone.

"Do you have red? And how much?" oh, I need now to pick some strawberries.

"There is but you don't need to pay because this is free" where I start picking strawberries.

"I'll take two and thank you" while I'm putting the strawberries in the basket.

"I'll help you" is that Alex's voice?

"You're here!? And thank you" then I looked at them.

"Your welcome and yeah, and I didn't expect you'll go here together" and I stand up straight from bowing.

"Same here, bro, and why are you here? Are you buying too?" where I faced him.

"Of course to buy and I have list cause we're lack of foods and are you going now, Sha?" and he looked at her.

"Yeah, cause I need now to bake, and can you put that now to here!?" then Alex took the plastic bag and he put it on the tote bag while Shanie holding it.

"I'll take this and I put your plastic bag" and I take her other plastic bag without looking at them.

Looking at them makes me pissed off.

"Thanks and did you al- I'll help you" so they're done. And Shanie heads towards me.

"I can and thank you" why did you neglect her help? That's what my mind saying.

"You sure!? Cause by looking at you, you're not" where I'm struggling of putting the plastic bag on the tote bag.

"I can, ok!?" then I opened wide the tote bag and I put it down while they were looking at me.

"I'll go ahead now, Sha, and bro, see you tomorrow" I successfully put the plastic bag inside and Alex stopped beside me.

"Relax, bro, I'm not taking her, and don't get annoyed with her" he whispered and he left.

"I'll keep the basket first to them and we will go" and I head to the saleslady.

"Ms., can you keep these two baskets, I will take her first and I'll be back here, thank you" where I'm giving the baskets.

"Sure" then the sales lady took the baskets.

"Let's go" when I took the two tote bags where it's heavy but I can.

"I already grab a taxi, so let's just wait, maybe a few minutes" Shanie said while we were heading out.

"And let me help you carry this" and we stopped walking.

"Thanks, love" then she took the other holder of the tote bag and we continue to walk out of the way as the taxi has arrived.

After we head out, the taxi driver immediately opened the tailgate and we put the two tote bags inside as we reached.

"Thank you" where I and Shanie both said in unison after we put her tote bags as the driver helps us too. Then we head inside after the driver closes the back.

"Where will I head you?" the driver asked while he's closing the door.

"In Little Beverly Hills, Village" I retorted and the driver starts the engine then he drives away after.

Taxi..

"We grab a taxi but how about your motorcycle?" how can I forget that?

"Text Alex to use at first if he's still there" and I took my phone in my pocket then I text Alex. Hope he's still there but how can he use my motorcycle if the key was on mine!?

So I erase my message.

"He can't use my motorcycle 'cause the key was on mine" now what will I do?

"I'm sorry, love, I forgot too earlier that you have a motorcycle and I grabbed a taxi" when Shanie hold my hand and she looked at me.

"It's alright, love, I forgot too and you should grab a taxi because we can't bring up your tote bags on the motorcycle" I hold her hand too and I looked at her too.

"I can help you guys on that, I have a friend there that may help us to keep your motorcycle first" the driver said and suggest. I'm hesitating to trust but I need to risk.

"How much for keeping?" I asked and I took out my wallet.

"You don't need to pay because that's my help to you but we need to stop on the side in a few minutes to contact him" and he stepped aside. Yet I'm thankful that he did not compensate me for my motorcycle.

"Thank you" while I'm keeping my wallet and the driver text his friend. Where Shanie got to sleep.

I think she's tired, so I sit back properly beside her and I lean her head on my left shoulder.

She's cute when she's sleeping. And I flip his hair that covering her beautiful face

"Excuse me, Mr., what is the color of your motorcycle? And the plate number?" the driver asked and Shanie moved a bit.

"Shh, it's color black, and JO1289102" I coo retorted and I 🤫 to lower his voice.

"Ok" and the driver texted his friend. Where I touched slowly down Shanie's face.

It's smooth like a soap fragrance. So I kissed her in her cheeks slowly and to her lips that she wouldn't wake up while the driver was texting. Then I pull away slowly and I sit back.

"Your problem was solved, Mr." the driver said as he keep his phone and I'm relieved.

"Mmm.," Shanie murmurs and she hugged me suddenly. Then I smile. She thought maybe that I'm a pillow. Where the driver starts the engine again then he drives away.

"Tell me Mr., of where her house" the driver said and Shanie moves then she rub her eyes. I think she's awake now.

"Where are we now?" she asked as she looked in the window.

"We're heading to your house" I retorted where she slowly sat back properly.

"Does it hurt? And thank you for leaning me, I didn't expect that I got to sleep" she said when she looked at me.

"Don't thank because you can always lean on me, love, and we're not strangers to each other" as I touch her face.

"By the way, Mr., our house is on the right where it has a mailbox behind the sidewalk" then my phone vibrates.

"Thank you, Ms." and I took it.

"Who texted?" where she glanced at me.

"It's my brother, he wants to go with us tomorrow" when we stopped.

"I'll be the one to pay" I say as I keep my phone and where she is about to take out her wallet.

"Alright" then she opened the door while I'm taking out my wallet and money. And the driver heads out too.

After I took out the money, I keep my wallet then I head out and walk towards the back where Shanie and the driver take out the tote bags.

"Here's our payment, Mr., but I'm coming with you again, you know" and the driver took the money.

"And please wait for me, I'm going to carry in this first" where I took the two tote bags.

"Of course" the driver retorted and he heads in where I and Shanie are heading toward their house.

Shanie's house..

As we reached their house, she immediately opened the door for us. Then we head directly to their kitchen afterward.

"Woah! I think I need to go to the gym after" I say after I put down the tote bags.

"I'm sorry I didn't help you out for that and go now, the driver is waiting for you and don't go back hereafter, it's dark already and ask help on your siblings for your drinks" she said and advice and someone came along.

It's her Mom.

"Hello, Tita" I greet and I kissed Tita on her cheeks.

"Hi, are you going to help her?" where Tita was looking inside the tote bags.

"I want to, Tita, but I have something to do too and it's already dark and I left my motorcycle on the market" I retorted as I'm slowed to head towards the main door.

"I see and yeah, it's already dark, so be careful on the way" Tita said where Shanie opened the door.

"Thanks, Tita, and see you, love" then we kissed but quickly.

"See you tomorrow" and she closed the door as I head towards the taxi that has been waiting for me.

And we head back to the market.

Cravity Market...

As we arrived I head directly to the store where I keep and left the fruits that I will purchase.

"How much all of it?" I asked and I took out my wallet.
