I kept pondering over what Susanna had said as we rode back. But it was only logical. Partially. For many people were fascinated with the circuit. They would have long drawn maps to make their way in there and maybe some had almost succeeded. To my utter dismay Mr Thomas was eagerly waiting for my arrival. Susanna cast me a sly glance before she ran inside the house. I quickly dismounted before Mr Thomas had the notion to help me. I couldn't stand his hands touching any part of me. The mere thought of his hands grazing any part of me made the bile rise within.
"so you decided to take Susanna for a test run outside?"
"it was about time. She excelled. "
"how unkind of you to not inform me and make such a huge decision. "
I decided to ignore that part. "I'm glad you did anyway. "
