Missing

Lang Fai POV

Lang Fai shivered in the car, blankly staring out the foggy window.

It was cold and windy, and his thin sweatshirt over his shirt was not helping him keep warm at all.

But that didn't matter.

The only thing that mattered to Lang Fai at the moment was Li Wei.

He stared at the man driving in the seat next to him.

Said man was too focused on the laptop set in between both seats to which he kept glancing at while driving.

Suddenly the car stopped.

Lang Fai, unaware of why the car had stopped, turned to Jun.

"Why did we stop?"

Zhang Jun turned to him, left hand outstretched at the side of the bridge they were on.

"The tracker is here."

Lang Fai's next words came out as a whisper.

"You don't think..."

Jun sighed.

"I don't know exactly, but we can only hope for the best. Let's hope the bastard didn't drown himself." He chuckled.

Fai stared at him, ready to have another panic attack.

"How can you say that? What if-"
