The Boss's Daughter

The dinner party was in full swing, and was pretty damn enjoyable to say the least. A live jazz band was playing B.B. King, everyone from the company was here with their spouse, and the food was terrific. My boss had gone and done it again. He was the connoisseur of house parties.

I took another martini off the tray of a passing waiter and milked half of it in one go. I looked up at the vaulted ceilings, the foreign furniture, and authentic art pieces that decorated the walls in awe. So this is the life of a CEO huh?

"You don't think it's too ostentatious, do you?" I turned and saw Millie, my boss's wife standing there, twirling a cocktail. I had never met her in person but heard quite a lot. I already knew she was a lot younger than Jett but man she could easily be mistaken for his daughter. She was sexy and very much full of life.
