Samantha De Plaza is the only daughter of a politician who almost owns half of their province’s land. Nick is the son of De Plaza’s cook. When the young Samantha and her friends thought they could use Nick for a good challenge to make him her supposed debut’s last dance and then to stand him thereafter in the middle of the dance floor, they weren’t ready for any consequences. 

10 years after, the table is now turned.

A couple of graft and corruption cases after, losing the re-election and sickness and death for her father and Samantha is no longer the same young and rich girl anymore. Still, she will try her best to get hold of the last thing her family has left for her, their ancestral mansion, even if it meant to get into the end of the ruthless bank’s owner’s trust.

But what will she do if she found out that Nicholas Marciano is Nick, the boy she made fun of when she was young and now the cunning, hard-nosed rich guy who will come back not just to buy her house but her life for his own desired vengeance?

Say knocked softly in Nick's room. It was about 3 PM again. 


There was no response from Nick. She held the knob and sees it wasn’t locked. 


Maybe he is sleeping again. Perhaps he is trying to get used to the difference in the new timezone. I’ll probably just need to wake him up again. 


And then she saw his head resting on a desk, looking asleep. 


“Well, you're really sleeping. And of all places, in the study desk. Tsk Tsk, he didn't even move to the bed... ” she muttered under her breath but that was when Nick just moved his head a little and softly talk. 


What’s the difference, anyway? “Okay. Then go ahead and eat your lunch. Here it is.” 


“What is that food?” He raised his head and looked at what she was carrying. 


“Fried fish. Rice. Ketchup.” She nonchalantly answered. She’s been giving him the same food for the last 4 days he’s with her.
