Samantha De Plaza is the only daughter of a politician who almost owns half of their province’s land. Nick is the son of De Plaza’s cook. When the young Samantha and her friends thought they could use Nick for a good challenge to make him her supposed debut’s last dance and then to stand him thereafter in the middle of the dance floor, they weren’t ready for any consequences. 

10 years after, the table is now turned.

A couple of graft and corruption cases after, losing the re-election and sickness and death for her father and Samantha is no longer the same young and rich girl anymore. Still, she will try her best to get hold of the last thing her family has left for her, their ancestral mansion, even if it meant to get into the end of the ruthless bank’s owner’s trust.

But what will she do if she found out that Nicholas Marciano is Nick, the boy she made fun of when she was young and now the cunning, hard-nosed rich guy who will come back not just to buy her house but her life for his own desired vengeance?

“Why didn’t you include in your report months ago that he also owns a boutique store? NO. You didn’t. Buy it from him. Ask. Offer more money. Just buy it from him, Atty. Serrano. I want answers first thing the day after tomorrow.” 


Nick put down the cellphone then felt hungry. 


"What time is it? Say hasn't called me for dinner yet... Did she blatantly forget her responsibility to cook for me again?" 


He looked at the watch on his arm.“Eleven O'clock!? Where is that lady?” 


Nick has searched the ground floor to the 4th floor but Nick still couldn't find the lady he was looking for. 


“Not in the Governor’s Hall. Not in the library and in her room ... Where did she go?" 


The small ballroom hall in the basement… His mind answered his own question. 


He walked down the basement of the mansion towards the small ballroom, the first time he had stepped on it again after ten years.
