Qihe was totally feeling lost at the thought of things being hidden form him and he for sure knew that his brother also has no idea about it. Shea just got sick because of excessive amount of garlic and that confused him. The way she got sick was beyond an allergic reaction and he clearly remembers her body temperature falling so much that she turned to a ice block.
