CURSE FOLLOWS

Shea's hand was shaking as she picked her son from the cradle with at most care not to wake him up or provoke him. It was one the most devastating view that she has ever come across in her life and something which she never anticipated to happen. Qihe would be the one who would go through a devastation if he comes to know of it but hiding it for a month sounded absurd.

Shea cleaned the blood off the baby's lips and asked the guards to clean the room. They all gave her a confused look as to why there was a dead maid in the house when no one was allowed in. They were not given the rights to question her so it was well settled with them although the air became thickened. Shea didn't know whether putting the baby back in cradle would be a wise choice to make.

"What will I do?" She asked herself while running her sweating fingers through her hair in confusion.
