Megan still love me...

Daniel was so happy he almost collapsed... but he as to leave soon before anyone see him here, so he just caressed Megan's cheek, and left... when he reached the parking, he smiled without control, he drove his bike to his apartment. The next morning Megan woke up with a splitting head ache , it was always after the day she drinks, but she had a buts and pieces of last night memory's. Megan remembered, seeing Daniel again, and spoke to him, he tucked her, then Daniel said, he loved her, he kissed her forehead... Megan smiled thinking whenever she drinks, she starts to dream about Daniel.

When Megan walked down she saw a table full of her favourite breakfast... She was well aware of who would have cooked all this... She walked to the kitchen to see Edward busy making coffee, Megan looked at him and asked in a flat tone,

"Why are you doing all this"

"Because I want too"

As he said, he removed his apron, and walked near her, tucked a scattered hair, behind her ears... And said,

"See Megan, the minute I saw you in my ship, I fell for you, even I was confused at first, thinking I was attracted to you, but as days went... I understood that it was not attraction but Love... Megan, I love you, and I want to keep you happy"

"But Edward... I... I... "

"I know Megan, that you were married, and divorced your husband, but still in a dilemma whether to move on or not, you can take your time... I have plenty... So I will wait"

Megan looked at Edward... signed, went to the dining table and sat there thinking what she should do... Can she move on with Edward... Her heart was still hanging out with Daniel, even a look of Daniel makes her so happy, what will she do... As she thought, Megan started to eat...When Edward walked in with two mugs of coffee. While even Christian and Crystal walked down the stairs to join them, when all the three saw Megan eating, only some green salad without even knowing what she was eating, Christian guessed what would have happened... So he didn't question anything, he sat quietly next to her, tapped Megan's head and asked

"What the hell is running inside that small head of yours"

"Nothing... Just thinking"

After all have done with breakfast, Megan went to the project area, with Cristine, Crystal and Edward,

To only see, Eric... Talking with a few people... Megan wakes to them and said

"Hi Eric"

"Good morning Madam"

"What's happening here Eric"

"Nothing much Madam, just came here to introduce you to the team... Who will work on the project, so this is Mr Samuel, he is the project manager, and his team, they will help you all the way possible"

"Then you and Daniel will not be here... To handle things"

Eric smiled, and said,

"Madam, Boss as other things to handle, this one project is not his only work... He came to B city, because Mr Sol said... From now the Project Manager and the team will handle other things"

"But Daniel said, he will be here till the project will be done half"

"No Madam, Boss is really very busy, he has his own company also to take care of, you should have heard about DM enterprise.... That's Boss's "

Megan looked at Eric, surprised, but didn't react much... She just passed Eric and walks to the team, introduced herself, and started to work.

Eric smiled, and drove to the office, to see Daniel.in a very good mood,

"Boss, everything is done as you said, and Madam asked, why you were not in site, I think Madam still has some feelings for you"

Daniel looked up at Eric as said,

"I know..."

"How Boss, I just met madam now..."

Daniel grinned as said...

"I was with my wife last night... And you know she said, that she loves me..."

"Really... Then why did you leave, you must be with madam, and cleared all the problems and bought Madam with you "

Daniel shook his head,

"it's not so easy, Megan was drunk... And she was vulnerable, that's why she opened up... But it will be very difficult for her to say when she is normal... The only positive thing I have now is knowing that, Megan still love me"

"So what are you going do Boss"

"Just don't go in front of her for a few days, ignore her... and I know what she will do"

Eric smiled at his Boss idea, just to make Megan want him more, and take her down... After three days Edward left, he had come here with a low profile, need to return to his place before anyone recognised that it was him, though he wanted to meet Daniel and speak, Megan's silence was killing him, he had long known Daniel was her Ex-husband... He needed to stay calm still Megan accepted him, he left saying,

"Whatever you will do I will be there...Megan, as not as what I want, but at least as a good friend of yours"

Megan didn't know how to do respond, but wanted time to think...The next few days Eric or Daniel never went to the project when Megan was there but went every evening to check the project progress... Megan was getting restless because Daniel was purposely ignoring her but kept calm on the surface, the work in the home was increasing, and Megan decided to send Christian back... So she just called for her friends Mia, Ray and Riley, for a small dinner party at her home... Daniel had known it but just didn't mind much, as it was send off for Christine...Crystal had invited Eric, Daniel came to drop off Eric, when he saw Megan, carrying a few bags of groceries... He walked to her, seeing Daniel literally after two weeks... Megan stood there thunder stuck

"What are you thinking, where is...where is everyone, why are carrying so many bags, can't you ask the shop guy to deliver home, why you need to be so careless"

Megan stood like a doll, waiting to be scolded, she missed it...she smiled in her heart thinking... Nothing changes with Daniel... The same grumbling, when she realised that half of the bags from her was taken by Eric, she finally smiled and asked

"What are you both doing here"

Eric smiled and said,

"Madam that is...that is... Crystal invited me to the party..."

Megan smiled thoughtfully and looked at Daniel rising her eyebrow... Daniel smiled sheepishly and said

"Iam here to drop him..."

Megan nodded and asked

"A company's CEO is here to drop his PA for party, wow... What beautiful relationship you both share"

Daniel rubbed his nape, he actually came to see her, it was been so many days... Though he saw her from far, he wanted to spend time with her... Megan smiled again and said

"If you're free, and want to join us, please come in... "

Eric winked at Daniel... Both helped Megan carry her shopping bags, while Daniel asked,

"You didn't go to work today"

"No... Christine is leaving tomorrow morning for Seattle, the work there has been on hold as we both are here, so it's just a send-off... It's the first time he is leaving me alone to work on some project, I too need to return to Seattle as soon as possible, some things only Christian can't handle, thinking of leaving Crystal here... Till the project is done "

Saying it Megan gave a thoughtful smile to Eric, Eric turned away from Megan with a sly smile on his face... But Daniel was ridge thinking soon or later Megan will leave, and there was nothing he can do about it...

It was late evening when all Megan's friends came in... As Riley walked in his eyes looked around for Christine, Christine walked down in his casual home clothes, he was wearing white cotton shorts, with a grey t-shirt, with his home slippers, his half-wet hair messed a bit... He looked hot, while Riley was in a Wine red suit, with neatly combed hair, his black shoes shining to reflect the opposite person's face, Mia and Ray were in a couple twin dresses... Eric in his jean, t-shirt, sitting next to Crystal, was explaining something important about the project...Megan saw Daniel not very comfortable, he must have been in his suit all day long, sitting there very uncomfortable, she walked to him and said,

"Daniel if you want, go up and refresh, your clothes are still in your closet, you look uncomfortable "

Daniel looked up, thinking, it's been year's someone had noticed that he was uncomfortable, he nodded and walked up to their room... When he was about entire the washroom, Megan came in, pulled out a new bathrobe and a towel, gave it him, Daniel stood there watching her, and said

"I will use my old bathrobe, no need for new"

Megan nodded, and turned to leave, when Daniel tugged her to him, Megan lost her control, hit her face on Daniel's strong chest, while he held her in his embrace the same scent of his body assaulted her... Megan's body was feeling weak in Daniel's embrace, Daniel smiled above her head, thinking it was the most happiest day of his life after five years of separation... He had his minion in his arms with she was sober, in their bedroom...
