Where Are You?

Miraya straightly glared at Artemis after his confession a few minutes ago. At the same time, Artemis scratching his head nervously.

"Why are you staring at me like that?" he protested, half whining at her.

"You should know it! Call your imposter right now!" Miraya demanded her urge to him shortly.

"He's not an imposter!"

"Then you are!" she pointed directly without a doubt. Artemis chuckled mockingly at her.

"I think we're on the same boat here, Missy. You are also an imposter!" Miraya scrunched her nose and forehead at the same time.

"What did you just call me?"

"That's not important, and I need to call him. But he didn't pick it up, so ..."

"I DON'T CARE. JUST CALL HIM NOW!" Miraya shouted in vigorous annoyance at him. He jolted and quickly cupping Miraya's mouth with his right hand while another hand was making a sign of being quiet by putting a pointer finger on his lips.

"Are you crazy? If you shouted like that, the cops can come and seize us!" said Artemis, half-whispered with his annoying look. Miraya took his hand off her mouth and kept glaring.

"You have to responsible for this!" she kept asking the same way to him. Artemis scoffed at her and put his hands on both waists.

"We must do this together. I don't want to be the only one to get the blame!" Artemis objected. He has a hunch that this girl would make him suffer while she could get away unguilty.

"Fine ... but you must find your substitute's actor now so that I could reach mine!"

"Why don't you call her instead?" Artemis sneered at her.

"I have, but she doesn't pick my call."

"So we have the same problem then!" Miraya ridiculed him because of the chaos that already happened. Suddenly, Artemis shot his eyes opened widely, and he remembered something. He took his phone and called a security guard at Ariel housing complex. He has to make sure that Ariel already at home before accusing him screwed up their entire plan.

Artemis sought to reach one of the guard's cellphone for some minutes, but no one picked it up.

"Damn, where is he?" he cursed and recalled the guard. After some time, he was lucky. One of the guards picked up the call.

"Good afternoon, I'm Artemis Brajamohan, Ariel Reiden's friend. I'm asking if you've seen my friend already coming home or getting into the compound?" Artemis exclaimed the question right from the start.

"Oh, Mr. Reiden's?" asked the guard to make sure.

"Yes, is he home yet?"

"Let me ask my colleague, can you wait, Sir?"

"Yes ... sure. Please be hurry!" the call was silent for a few minutes, but Artemis could hear some distant voices through his phone.

"Who are you asking for?" asked Miraya suddenly. Artemis shook his head to make her silent so he would listen to what the guards say.

"Mr. Brajamohan, are you there?" The guard finally spoke afterward.

"Yes, I'm still here!"

"The last shift guard said no one came yet during this time. I don't think Mr. Reiden is already home." Artemis gasped in annoyance and disappointment.

"Are you sure?" he asked for more confirmation.

"Yes, sir. But we can check it for you. Probably he could already home!"

"That's would be a pleasure. Thanks for the help, and please call me after that!"

"Indeed, Sir."

"Good afternoon!"

"Good afternoon, Sir!" the guard then turned off the call. Now Artemis and Miraya were stranded in confusion to find Marcella and Ariel.

"Maybe we should find them on the club. I think they're still there!" exclaimed Miraya. Artemis doubted that, but he has no choices for this time.

"Okay, let's get there!" Artemis stepped forward to take his helmet on the floor and queried a way out from the alley. Miraya was forced to take the same way as him. So, she followed him, even copying his acts.

Artemis looked like a burglar who just broke into someone's house right now. Before he was walking on, he halted and looked around to make sure everything's fine.

After they got into his hiding motorbike, Artemis wore his helmet and got on the bike.

"Wait, I've never been on a motorbike before. It is dangerous. Where's my helmet?" asked Miraya to Artemis, who has turned the machine on. Artemis threw his hands in the air and shook his head in disbelieve.

"Look, I have no time for your safety lesson. If you don't want to hop in, you can walk to the bar!" he spurred on her. Miraya jeered and has nothing but obeyed him. So she hopped on the bike without a helmet and almost jolted behind when he accelerated the motorcycle.

"ARE YOU GOING TO KILL ME?" Miraya shouted on his left helmet.

"THEN HOLD MY WAIST AND SHUT UP!" Artemis replied eagerly. Miraya pouted her lips and forced herself to do the order for the safety reason only.

They took the shortcut to get to the club. After about 20 minutes, Artemis and his next future fiancé got inside the nightclub's parking lot. They went into the club immediately to search for both Ariel and Marcella.

The funny thing was none of them was telling each other the entire truth. Miraya did not mention her substitutes as her twin sister; meanwhile, Artemis did the same way. They did not even say the substituted actors named yet.

"We must split. In ten minutes, we'll meet on this place whether you find your target or not!" said Artemis gave an order as if he was a special force's commander. Miraya nodded and replied,

"Deal!"

They split their way to the opposite among many club guests who spent their joyous night on the dance floor or drinking on the bar.

Both Miraya and Artemis kept looking around, even asking few people as if someone might see them somewhere. But none could help them.

With a disappointed look on her face, Miraya back to the spot she agreed to meet with Artemis before.

"Do you find them?" Miraya shooked her head worriedly.

"I don't know what to do now. I can't go home without her!" Miraya sighed in disappointment. Artemis glanced at her and felt a bit pitiful.

"Let's find them in my friend's house. Maybe they went there!" Miraya frowned at Artemis. How come Marcella was going to someone's that she has barely known? That's impossible.

"Is she's being kidnapped?"
