OFFENDED

I just left the cafeteria and went out of the building. Alex came right after me. I sat on a bank and started listening to music. With my earphones, of course.

Alex: Mia?

Mia: -

Alex: Please don't do like that. You know I don't mean it that way! Mia?

Mia: -

Alex: Okay, we can talk whenever you want. I'll wait for you to calm down. I don't want to put you under pressure.

I heard everything he said but I didn't say anything about it. Then lunchtime ended and we went to the class. I didn't want to talk to anyone right now. I haven't decided where to party anyway and I have only 3 days left. 2 days if I don't count today.

Lessons finished and without talking to Alex, I went to look for a party venue. There were a few cafes I had chosen before, I went to see them. I called Ayla too, to come. I did not like the first cafe we entered, because it was a very childish place. Yes, Jade may be acting like a kid, but I don't want to give her a birthday in such a stupid place. Ayla did not like it anyway.

After that, we entered two more venues. One was showing a very old mist. And the glasses weren't cleaned well. We saw such. One was too green. Everywhere are flowers, trees, grass. Even the sides of the tables were grass, so you might not be able to get out, once you sit there. It is considered that we travelled the whole city. We didn't like any of the places we went to. Normally I would like them, but I didn't find any suitable for a birthday party.

One last cafe left. If we don't like it either, I don't know. We entered. It looked nice here. We talked to the owner of the place. We looked at their menus. We checked the cleanliness of the plates, glasses, forks, knives, spoons, everything. It was good. It was decorated with glass but also seemed a bit nostalgic. I said I liked it and looked at Ayla. She looked around without looking at me and said she liked it too.

Will Jade love it? We both don't know. But we liked it. We even loved it. We talked to the owner and said that we wanted to close the cafe for that day. He accepted immediately as if he was happy with yesterday.

Now it's time to talk to the organizer. I immediately called Luna, my classmate from high school. She said she could come and do it tomorrow with her team. I was so happy. But my happiness disappeared immediately. Because I haven't bought a gift yet! Oh, my idiot head! How could I forget?!

I told Ayla. She said we could go together. She has not received a gift yet. I didn't tell her about the events with Alex. I forgot it in a mess. Then we went to the biggest shopping centre in the city. From that store to this store, we walked around the stores until evening.

Ayla made a style outfit that Jade would love. A bag, an oversize T-shirt, shorts and shoes. She also bought a watch and round glasses. Round glasses look good on her. What did I buy? I bought the things she wanted most from me. I took some other things, too, but I didn't forget to take especially the things she asked me the most.

We left the shopping centre. And after saying goodbye to Ayla, I returned home. When I got home I didn't feel ready to grapple with a lot of messages, so I didn't read the tons of messages and decided to go to my piano and complete the melody that I had started. It is a little difficult to write songs. In fact, it is quite difficult. But I do something I love, but I haven't been playing the melody for a long time. Melody sounds like a stranger. Did I quit? No! Do I have intention? No again!
