Lowkey

"Sweetie?" Handi reacted in a sweaty smile expression. But, he could not reveal it too much in front of a woman with a wide age gap.

Maya wiped her chin by using her left thumb repeatedly as a sign of wondering something. Thus, she tried the other way to call him,

"Darling?"

"No!"

"Boy!"

"You are not that god of war who called his son all around by that!" Handi lamented to her as she mimicked the man Handi admired a lot when he played a game.

"Hmm... How about I'm calling you 'baby' instead?"

"THAT'S CRINGY!" Handi yelled in shock as the lady kept figuring out how

to call him in the most romantic way possible.

But at the same time, he had hurt a lady by accident.

Of course, as a man, he was not a fan of being called by his pet name. Instead, he prefers the other to call him Amakusa-san or just call him Handi right away.

However, it's not like everyone could call him so. Such as the woman who

lowered her head in disappointment.

Thus, the understanding Handi sighed, telling her,

"It's fine to call me whatever you want. Sorry to spoil your mood."

She shook her head passionately, telling him.

"It's fine!"

At the same time, he felt awkward as the lady had told him so. He reminisced himself over the past when the ladies were constantly stomping at his head, literally.

But as for this time. It was a massive shock for a guy like Handi.

On the other side, she was a nice yet cute lady in front of him. But on another side, he remembered how she kept picking up to him.

But, he could not be like someone who kept being brash over someone endlessly as well. Thus, he decided to ask Maya,

"Why did you pestering at me back then? You know, right that I have a girlfriend?"

She froze after Handi asked her so. Thus, she replied to him,

"How about I'm telling you that she is the one who wants your massive amount of shares in your company instead?"

"Oh?" Handi reacted in a surprised look.

It was not like that he didn't know that someone was about to take advantage of him. He knew much better than every one of how those girls would react if he had shown his actual wealth.

Of course, as a man, he doesn't want it.

He was not a CEO guy from many typical mainstream CEO novels who will use their wealth to show off to the girls he loved. Instead, he preferred to show himself as a humble yet poor guy who often eats something that was pretty much a poor man's food.

Thus, he replied to his lecturer, who was his girlfriend now.

"I'm hiding my true wealth in my campus or on the outside. So, I don't think that people would know about it."
