"Nononono!!" Handi's father reacted quickly after Handi had threatened him.

"How about I'm calling mom right now, telling her that you did a thing with another girl and the girl was your own son?" Handi walked to him, looking at him smirkingly which led the old man to step back again.

"Oh? You are retreating?" Handi smirked at him again which led the bodyguard to smirk as well. But, the old man commanded them,

"Go back to your post!"

And they dispersed with one of them putting the door back in order.

The middle-aged man sat on the ground, complaining,

"You should stay in your own house, Handi. This is too cramped."

"This apartment is close to my office and campus, so I don't think it's a big deal for me!" Handi replied to his father's complaint about his complaint. Of course, that sounds like a brash move. But, it wasn't.

There was sometimes that a kid should move or retire. At this time, Handi was sure that he should move fast or his dad might end to kill someone. Thus, he continued,

"I have two apartments, dad."

"Embezzlement detected! I'm going to call..." His father pulled his phone and was about to call someone to punish him. But, Handi stopped him by saying,

"It was from my cryptocurrency company's profit which meant for me. Not from our family business' fund."

"That's good then." The middle-aged man put his phone back, just like Handi that he was overly honest with everything which led Maya to mutter,

'Is this guy is actually a president?'

From Maya's perspective, she knew that a president couldn't believe someone's word that easily. But, she should know that there is an idiom,

'Like father like son.'

She knew that pretty well which led her to say,

"How do you trust your son so much? God knows if he is lying or not."

That statement had blurted from Maya's mouth. Of course, as an academic, it was a normal thing that she would say. However, the old man told her,

"No matter how much distrust you get from the outside. You need to remember as well that your family is the only one who could give you a sense of trust. So, don't destroy them!"

"Destroy? In terms?"

"I know that you are the daughter of the politician who I hunted of, Maya Watanabe."

"You know me?" Maya asked him as she looked at that middle-aged man.
