Supreme Being?!

The members of Night Raid were back in their base having a meeting about the fight. The only members there were Mine, Akame, and Najenda since the rest was still recovering.

" If she joined, I'm sure we would be able to bring down Esdeath since she wasn't even fighting seriously against all of us," said Najenda.

Mine and Akame nodded before Mine spoke " Yes that could be possible but nobody would even join people who are weaker than them".

Najenda nodded before telling her plan to the other two. " That girl that she was protecting was her sister she said right, so what if we have her hostage so she can join?".

The other two had weird faces since they didn't want to use a little girl like that but also knew that it was possible if they did that.

" But we shouldn't underestimate her speed so we need to be fast enough to take her hostage," Najenda said.

After the others recovered a little, they woke up and went to the meeting while talking about their new plan to take Eri.

Meanwhile, Akira had a face of disgust and absolute rage. He knew they did anything for their so-called peace but taking a little girl hostage, let alone his own daughter, he wanted to tear this planet straight in half and put them into endless torture.

" Everyone get yourself ready when ur recovered, we are going in the afternoon. And the rest I've got new Tegu's from HQ" Najenda ordered. The others nodded seriously since they really needed her as an ally if she isn't with the Empire.

They left after a couple of hours and went the way Toga and Eri went. Toga and Eri already told Akira everything even though he knew everything that happened and hugged them tightly much to their embarrassment.

Night Raid finally saw the beautiful house that they have never seen before and Mine's Pumpkin wanted to explode.

" Mine, what's happening?" asked Najenda. Mine looked scared since it was the same when she went to this house the other night.

" My Pumpkin is gonna explode because of the danger from this house" she replied worriedly. The others were shocked as they looked at the house.

Najenda then knocked on the door hesitantly but no one answered. She knocked again but no one answered. She then tried to open the door which opened much to her surprise.

The group then walked into the house hesitantly but when they were inside they were shocked at how beautiful it was and how clean it looked.

They then walked in a little more but then came across three people on the couches. One was the little girl who was being protected by the older one and she was sleeping on some guy with a little drool, but the guy also slept soundly but when they took a closer look they saw he looked incredibly handsome. The older one who they fought was on the side of another couch also sleeping.

" I don't know who that guy is, but he's giving me bad vibes," said Lubbock in the back of the group while the rest just nodded.

Najenda looked at them all sleeping before she said " This is our chance to, so everyone be on alert while Akame goes and grabs her". Akame nodded and stepped forward. She walked toward the couch silently and was about to grab Eri when suddenly she found that her hand couldn't move past a certain point.

She was shocked and thought it was just her feeling that this was a little girl but when she tried again the same thing happened. The others who watched this were confused by what she was doing. But she then walked over to them while whispering " It's not letting me touch her, my hand can't move past a certain point". The others were shocked while they looked at the girl in front of them.

But when they looked at the girl, they saw that the guy was awake and staring straight at them. He then sat up with Eri in his lap while she was almost awake, she then opened her eyes and wiped her eyes cutely while there was still a little drool from her mouth which she wiped of with her shirt.

Toga also woke up and sat up while looking at the group in front of her indifferent. Najenda looked at them with a little fear while she was thinking that her plans were ruined since that girl was so close to them while they didn't even know the other person's ability. But she didn't give up and kept her calm before saying " We are the Night Raid and I'm the leader of this assassin group, and my name is Najenda. I would like to invite you to our group and our group is going against the corrupt Empire itself".

Akira, Eri, and Toga looked indifferent at them but they took this silence that he wasn't interested so she continued to coax him.

" The main function of our group is to handle reconnaissance and assassinations within the capital of the Empire. Though, the purpose of our group is also in charge with the retrieval of any Teigu and all in order to boost the combat effectiveness of the Rebel Army". Najenda enthusiastically said.

" When HQ doesn't have any orders for us, we open our group as an " assassin for hire" firm to the general public. However, we don't take just any job from just anyone as we often investigate both the client and target's background first"

" As the leader of Night Raid, I sincerely invite you to our group" Najenda finished as she waited anxiously for what he would say.

He looked bored at her before he opened his mouth while stroking Eri's hair as she was sitting on his lap and spoke " First, you mortals are all hypocrites and always make excuses, second, why would I follow a bunch of weaklings around and listen to someone order me around who is clearly weaker, third, I don't care about your problems and the Empire".

The members of Night Raid were all shocked by his answer and were mostly confused by his words when he said, mortals.

Najenda answered him hesitantly " Mortals? w-what do you mean by that?". " Heh...did I forget to introduce myself Toga? Right, I'm the Supreme Being and my name is Akira Dragneel".

The members of Night Raid widened their eyes while in disbelief and Najenda was hesitant but still asked " A-Are you a god?". He looked at her in confusion but then answered " No, don't put me in the same category as those maggots, I'm the one who created gods you could say".

Their eyes almost came out at what he said. They were standing in front of the supreme being and thinking about taking a girl hostage. How could they not want to cry?
