Seal of Secrecy

The dewy evening grass made crisp sounds as rushed footsteps trampled them. It was the time of the day, when the sky was neither too dark of light, but a beautiful shade of lilac that carried a sense of tranquility.

However, that peace was disrupted when the elder disciples surrounded a lotus pond.

A girl was near the pond, clutching her arm that was badly injured. She was petrified from the fear, and her face turned even more pale when she saw the elder disciples.

She was Lillian.

"There was a loud voice, what happened?" someone asked.

"I can sense the elemental slimes... but this can't be done by them..."

A girl placed a finger beneath her chin as she analysed the surroundings. A few of the trees have twisted and fallen into weird angles, there were acid remnants that even melted some of the rocks and the pungent smell was strong in the air.

Lillian quickly shook her head and let a girl help her on her feet.
