A few moments had passed as they started dinner.
Gabriela talked about what she did while they were separated, as Yukina listens and reacts to all her stories, looking like sisters.
"She's like a big sister..." Yuji thought.
Gabriela raised her hands, "and it was really big, it surprised me but I smashed its head quickly after it appeared,"
Yukina nodded, "I see, I guess you should be a little more careful about going there now, you might bash someone's head instead of an Akumas, and from the way you described it, what class do you think it is?"
"Probably just an upper B class, it was big but it died pretty easily,"
Yuji shivered, "if only they were talking about something more wholesome than this... And from their story, that kid has to be damn strong!" He thought, "assuming everything she's been talking about was true, it'd be pretty reasonable, after all, she's a really big deal here in City A, and also..."
"Hey, you!" Gabriela called, pointing at Yuji.
"Eh?"
"You've been staring at us for a while now, what's in your mind?" Gabriela scowled, looking suspicious.
"Sorry, I was spacing out a bit,"
"You sure love spacing out every now and then," Yukina said.
Yuji brushed it off with a laugh.
Gabriela glared at Yuji as if she was trying to notice something.
"Is... Something wrong?"
"Yukina, what's the story between you two? I've seen who you were with before, but this man seems completely unfamiliar,"
"It's quite rare for you to be curious about somebody, but this is a good chance I really wanted you to know him,"
Yukina told her their story, having Yuji as a backup on telling how they met, and ended up where they are now, still hiding the fact about Yuji's immunity and the face-off against Alice.
"I see... What a story!" Gabriela said, being amazed, "it's just like a fairy tale,"
"What kind of horrible fairy tales does this kid read!?" Yuji thought.
"But it's true Gaby, believe me!"
"I believe you," Gabriela nodded.
Yukina let out a sigh of relief, "I see..."
"Still though, you're really lucky, not only did you survive under those circumstances, but you also got saved by Yukina,"
"I get that I'm lucky a lot, hehe,"
"Though it's ironic, thinking back on my life before," Yuji thought.
"Anyway Gaby, we've talked a lot and our meals are finished, but I want to tell Yuji about you too, I want you two to know each other and get along!" Yukina smiled brightly.
"How can I say no to big sis when you make a face like that,"
"Thanks, Gaby, so anyway I'll begin properly introducing you, now that you know his circumstances,"
"You're gonna have to teach him a lot, you sure you don't want to just send him to the special classes course? I can help you with it,"
"No, I think I can handle it, plus applying him for that seems more of a hassle,"
"I see... I understand, you can continue now,"
"Anyway, Yuji this is one of my closest friends, Gabriela Ainzberg, one of the three Ainzberg sisters that's pretty much a huge deal here in City A,"
"Ainzberg sisters?" Yuji asked.
"They're sisters with extraordinary powers that are on godly terms and on top of the S classes! Sorry Gaby, if this is uncomfortable to you,"
"It's ok, he needs information, right? I'm fine, it's you who's talking after all,"
"Thanks... Anyway, Yuji, if you know... Ainzberg..."
"Yeah... I know"
"Hm? What's up?" Gabriela tilted her head in confusion.
"I... knew someone with that name before," Yuji said.
"I see... So you know Sis Alicia?"
Yuji and Yukina both reacted with surprise.
"It's ok... Thanks for trying to be considerate, but I'm fine," Gabriela smiled.
"I didn't know she had sisters," Yuji said.
"We're only known here on City A, after all, it's understandable,"
"Anyway, if I may ask since we're trying to know each other and all..." Yuji said, being hesitant.
"Go on,"
"What was that thing you did earlier? What you did to that arrogant guy earlier seemed awesome,"
Gabriela let out a smug smile, "hmph, I know right? That's just one of the many secrets my ability can do! Hehe sorry but anything else besides that is confidential,"
"I see... I understand,"
"But I can tell you this though, I just hit him really hard that's all,"
"Yeah, you even broke his arm,"
"Hm? No, I didn't,"
Yukina tilted her head, "yeah, he seemed like he got hit, but his arm didn't seem broken to me,"
"Oh! I see, sorry, you hit him with something so big so I assumed it was broken,"
Gabriela and Yukina paused, staring at Yuji with slightly shocked expressions.
"You... You can see it?" Gabriela said, being surprised.
Yuji paused, taking caution.
"As expected of Yuji, you keep surprising me, it took me a while just to get a shape out of those little things in the air, but you noticed even the size of it by just seeing it once,"
"Crap! Sorry, Yuji! I didn't mention that the particles she makes are very visible only to us sisters," Alicia said.
"You... Are a unique fellow, aren't you?" Gabriela said, looking at Yuji with serious eyes.
Yuji kept quiet, feeling as if he's cornered.
Yukina took notice of the situation and began to worry, "did he say something he shouldn't have?"
A silence occurred as Gabriela stared directly at Yuji as he was forced to stare back, not being able to talk.
"You... Did you see the actual shape of my ability?"
"I... I couldn't make up the shape, but I noticed that it was big, it seemed to cover an area of my vision so..."
"Crap! Did I say the right thing!?" Yuji thought.
"Hmm," Gabriela remained suspicious, "I see..."
Suddenly a massive sword-like projection appeared behind Gabriela, pointing above, barely reaching the ceiling.
Yuji took a quick glance at Yukina.
"Yukina's not reacting, she's still looking at me, which means no one else here probably can see it,"
"Why are your eyes looking around all of the sudden," Gabriela said.
"Ah! What's wrong with looking around... I'm feeling kinda tensed..."
"Tensed? Why?"
"It's because of the way your acting Gaby," Yukina said, " let's stop this now... Even I can feel the tension,"
"I see... In that case, I'll just ask you one more question,"
"What is it?"
Gabriela pointed up, "do... You see what this is?"
The sword-like projection began to slowly sway.
"I'm... Noticing something... It's quite big I think..."
"Hmmm, so you can notice the size... But do you really not see the form?"
The sword-like projection positions itself on the sharp-looking side.
Yuji began to slightly sweat, as he became more nervous, "no..."
"Is she... Gonna hit me with that? I know the sharp and blunt sword almost look very similar... But I can't take a good look at it, or else it'd be suspicious, is it sharp? Is it blunt? Please be blunt!" Yuji thought.
"I see..."
The sword then suddenly swung towards Yuji's hand on the table.
"I must take this!" Yuji thought, preventing himself from dodging the attack.
CLANG*
Suddenly, a fork stopped the sword-like projection from hitting Yuji's hands.
"I... Can see it too!" Yukina said, with a raised hand, controlling the fork blocking the projection.
"Sis Yukina!?"
"Yuji might space out a lot, but he's a man with a strong focus... So I thought if I focus a lot on my vision, then I'll be able to see it too... At least it's size..."
Yukina looked at Gabriela, locking eyes with each other, "Gaby... You're not planning on breaking his hand are you?" With a worried tone and expression, she asked.
"... Have you forgotten? I hit that other guy with something huge too, and I didn't break his arm did I?"
"But he wasn't able to move it!"
"I could do that manually, his arm is probably back to normal right now,"
"I... I see, sorry!"
"Eh!? Why?"
"I... Made you reveal something about your power,"
"It's fine really... I was planning on telling it all to you after all,"
"You were?"
"Of course, I've known you for a while now and I trust you! But..." Gabriela looked at Yuji, "you're not going to tell anyone, are you?"
"No, of course not,"
"Still..."
"He won't tell anyone," Yukina said, "I'll take responsibility for it,"
"You don't have to go that far, I trust you, I'll be the judge myself to see if he'll do anything suspicious,"
"Thanks, Gaby,"
Gabriela smiled, "plus, it's not like you guys found out about something big anyway, you just got a full understanding of one function that's all,".
