"Strongest!?" Erina thought, "doesn't matter, they are all strong, I just need to get to the…"
Suddenly a huge wave of water emerged in front of Erina.
"What the!? Where did it come from? The ground?" Erina thought, facing the pernicious wave of water moving towards her.
"There's no other way…" Erina said, filling her feet with electricity, she then launched herself above the ground, going over the massive wave.
The wave suddenly dispersed behind her, filling the ground under Erina.
"I knew it… of course, she has something prepared!" Erina thought.
A girl stood beside the flag, as she waves her hands across the air along with her beautiful long hair as if she's controlling the waves in a manner of conducting music.
The commentator roared with excitement, "and there we go! Our beautiful and strong Ms. Anya finally makes her move!"
"If it were the other students, the wave would have definitely been enough," Anya said, "but you are different, your rhythm is on par with an experienced S class, that's why I expected this to not be simple,"
Erina looked down, noticing minimal movements from the water below her, "she's going to blast it to me!"
Erina threw her metal stick forward with maximum force.
Anya moved to the right, dodging the metal stick with ease as the metal stick buried itself on the ground.
"A move of desperation?" Anya thought, glancing back at Erina as she raises her hand.
The pool of water on the ground suddenly bursts above towards Erina in accordance with Anya's hand.
Erina pulled out her hand as if she was reaching for something, as the metal stick buried in the ground near Anya, slightly nudged.
Erina smiled, filling her body with electricity as she dashed forward in a second, barely dodging the water.
Anya took a step back from the metal stick as Erina made contact with it, "she buried the metal on the ground on purpose so she can use the electricity to pull herself out of that situation!?"
"I got this! Now that I'm this close, I have the advantage!" Erina thought.
Anya smiled "surprising indeed, but don't underestimate me…" she said.
As Erina got closer, a small bottle of water peeked out from the pocket of her belt.
Suddenly, a strong burst of water came out of the bottle, bursting towards Erina's stomach shattering the bottle cap.
Erina was pushed back, kneeling on the ground due to pain, "this much… from a bottle!"
"Just to let you know," Anya said as her eyes shined bright blue, "Right when I threw that wave at you, I injected myself knowing this could happen,"
Erina scowled as she couldn't move from her position.
"You've done well following every last bit of my expectations,"
Suddenly the large amount of water beside Erina suddenly took the form of a dragon.
"Let's end this with a grand finale, shall we?"
Erina was stunned hopeless as she couldn't move from her position while the water had fully taken the shape of a dragon, aiming towards her.
"Dragons symphony…" Anya said as the dragon charged toward Erina, "FINALE!"
SWOOSH*
The dragon-shaped water sweeps Erina away from the flag, pushing her towards the end of the stadium, smashing her against the wall.
Erina's eyes went blank as she falls down on the grass, unconscious.
"And Erina goes down!!" the commentator shouted.
"now that she's gone, this game should go a little faster," Anya said.
"crap…" Jack said, kneeling on the ground, looking beat up, "we weren't even able to touch the flag,"
Layla panted beside Jack, looking exhausted and beat up, "that was a little too much, don't you think?"
"Nope!" Ash said, smiling from a distance looking barely scratched, "she probably saw her as an actual threat based on what just happened, so she probably thought she shouldn't hold back if she wants to put her down for good,"
"You should save your chit-chat for later," Hanazawa said, "look, the time is about to reach the five-minute mark, you should go all out and try to defend as much as you can,"
"Not yet!" Jasper shouted running from a distant corner towards the flag.
"Huh?" Anya glanced, "where did he come from?"
"OOOH! What's this!? Looks like their attack isn't over yet!" the commentator shouted as the crowd roared.
"Did Yukina let him pass? What is with her recently? It's like she's been losing focus every round, I wonder what's on her head?" Anya gathered the scattered water around the area as she tried to form it into a circular shape above Jasper.
Jasper looked extremely nervous as he continues to run, seeing the gathering ball of water from a distance.
"he's not even hesitating…" Anya thought, "If I remember correctly there are two of them near, where is the other one?"
She glanced around the stadium, noticing Ryan running towards her, beside the wall, in the opposite direction of Jasper.
"She noticed me!" Ryan said, "doesn't matter, this should be enough," he said as his eyes began to glow.
"What is he going to…" Suddenly, Anya's vision began to shake vigorously, "What!?"
Feeling shocked, her vision shook, making her ball of water disperse in mid-air as she loses her balance and fall down to the ground.
"I got her!" Ryan shouted with excitement.
"Good job dude!!" Jasper shouted as he increases his speed, running faster towards the flag.
"He's even faster?" Anya said, "from what I can see, despite this shaky vision, his class should probably be around C or lower B if he's at his max speed," She raises her hand as a few circles of water began to gather behind the flag.
"Crap!" Jasper thought, still running.
"This person really has no hesitation, does he?" Anya said as bursts of water from the circles began to shoot towards Jasper.
"Crap! Crap! Crap! CRAP!" Jasper said, barely dodging the attacks with a fearful expression.
"His cowardly expression is totally contradicting with his actions…" Anya said, "more importantly, I can't hit him with the ground shaking on me like this…"
Anya switched the figure of her hand, spreading each finger from each other as the circles of water shrunken but multiplied in number, "it doesn't matter if I don't charge up, I just have to hit you a few times with this barrage!"
The circles of water began to shoot.
"Oh no… this time it's actually really bad, I won't be able to…"
Suddenly, the water dispersed in mid-air.
As Jasper was about to let out a smile, a single circular water managed to make contact with his shoulder.
SPLASH*
Jasper rolled down the ground as he loses his balance due to the impact.
"Jasper!" Ryan shouted.
"Damn it…" Anya whispered, "the vibration now is even stronger! I can't move!"
"hey, Hanazawa," Ash said, "We should probably help, shouldn't we?"
As Ash and Hanazawa were about to take a step, a luminous laser and a wave of the ground were suddenly blasted in front of them.
"like we'll let you go that easily," Jack said, locking eyes with each other.
"Jasper! Get up!" Ryan said.
"damn… I never thought water could hit that heavy…" Jasper said. His body shivered as he felt a great amount of pain coming from his left shoulder, "agh! It's just my left shoulder… I could still," He then rolled and used his right arm to push himself up, "use my other arm!" he shouted as he began to run towards the flag at maximum speed.
The crowd roared, as the excitement from the unpredictable match continues to exhilarate them.
Jasper managed to get hold of the flag as a flash of memory played from his mind.
Erina let out a sigh, "though with a low chance, if one of you ever managed to lay a finger on the flag, you should grab it with your whole wrist, take a huge amount of air, and pull the flag as far as your arm goes, like a javelin, then shout the name of the person who is the farthest from their base. After that, well, it should be pretty obvious,"
Focusing back on the present, Jasper took a good look at the area.
"LAYLA!!" Jasper shouted with all his heart as he threw the flag as strong and as accurately as he could towards Layla.
Layla shot the ground forward as Jack does the same with waves of the earth, further blocking the enemy's vision.
Layla ran forward, jumping high as she catches the flag pole in mid-air.
Landing on the ground, she glances at their base.
Suddenly, Ash dashed forward, running out of the smoke-filled area, going towards Layla from a distance.
Jack stomped his feet, sending a massive wave of earth towards Ash, stopping him from getting near Layla, "GO! It's still quite the distance! I'll cover you so you better start running!" he shouted.
Without hesitation, Layla ran as fast as she could.
"AAAAAHHHH SO INTENSE!" the commentator screamed as the crowd roared more intensely.
"With the timer about to reach the five-minute mark, the Recruit team has the flag! Will they be the first-ever team to win against the S class!?"
Beep!
An alarm sound echoed across the stadium, as Layla continues to run as fast as she can, "they still have to get our flag and bring it back to their base, it doesn't matter if they can attack now, as long as we manage to bring this…"
Suddenly, as if time had slowed down. Layla looked above her, seeing their flag being taken away by a metal pole, wrapped by the flag cloth, heading towards the enemy's base at an incredible speed.
After a second, Yukina stood beside the area where the enemy flag was supposed to be placed as she catches the pole with ease.
Stab*
She stabbed the pole into the ground as an alarm rang, marking the end of the game.
Everyone in the stadium was shocked silent.
"T… That's the end of the match!" the commentator shouted, as the audience cheered for the end of the game, "with the fastest time of attack, three seconds after the five-minute mark! They really show that the S- class aren't to be messed with!!"
