Together with the wound inflicted on him, a raging lightning current electrocuted Uruk.

'He's fast... He's stronger than I expected.' Uruk thought to himself as he almost fell on his back. 'But more than that, one strike isn't the end of it...!'

They say that lightning only strikes once. They couldn't be more wrong. In the modern world, it was confirmed that lightning strikes do strike with multiple strokes hidden under the ones that we can see only with our naked eyes.

"Lightning Flash..."

The same could be said with Kael's magic ability. Kael is thrusting his rapier forward along with his body, but more than his movement speed that's faster than his Zap, Kael could do Lightning Flash more than once with the same speed and strength as the first strike.

"The Second Strike!"

Kael struck and left another wound behind Uruk as well as electrocuting him in anguish.

"You brat..." With his growing frustration, the wounds that left Kael on his body healed in a matter of seconds. "Don't get cocky!"

Uruk shot a beam of black fire at Kael.

"Lightning Flash...!"

'That again!'

The image of Kael disappeared from the direction of the black fire faster than his lightning.

"He disappeared...!"

Uruk tried to punch Kael in the face, but he disappeared before reappearing once more in front of him.

"The Third Strike!"

Kael thrust upward, electrocuting Uruk while also slicing through his face with the sharp tip of his rapier.

'So the Anino can heal even the person it possessed so long as it's inside them, I wished it could have let me figure it out sooner.'

From the dark sky lit by the glow of the bright moon, Kael once again pointed the tip of his rapier at Uruk.

Uruk shot a raging black fire toward Kael. Having no footing in the air, Kael found himself with no option to avoid or even deflect Uruk's Dark Burst!

'My lightning magic doesn't allow me to shoot lightning as a projectile like Prinsepe Aran's water magic. Rather, it needs to come in contact with a physical object to electrocute or fill them with my lightning!'

Kael's lightning magic ability did not come from his parents. And so far, he believed he is the only one who has this kind of ability.

Unlike other lightning users or magic tools that generate electric current just by using or pouring mana inside them, Kael's way of producing lightning which he can use against those he came into contact with is through producing both electrons and protons in his body using his mana.

Kael could produce either electrons and protons or both at will. With enough electrons and protons in his body, he's able to generate electrical currents that he can freely use to shoot himself forward like Zap, greatly enhance his mobility and strength with Lightning Flash, and even inflict lightning damage by letting the electrical current channel from his body to his opponent or anything he can physically touch or come in contact with.

'I have to receive it...'

Naturally, even Kael's magic ability has its own weaknesses.

Firstly, Kael cannot use his magic as a projectile.

'I-Its black fire is too strong... I should have not taken it directly, but... It hurts...!'

Secondly, except for letting himself descend directly onto his opponent, Kael cannot use Zap, Lightning Flash, or any kind of movement while in mid-air.

Kael stomped the ground just as he stood back up. At that moment, countless electrical discharges began manifesting not just from Kael's whole body, but in a two-meter radius around him as well.

Generating electrons and protons is the main principle of Kael's magic ability. He could generate both or either one of these two subatomic particles inside his body.

'This kid who could do nothing but fall on his knees in utter terror is now giving off a different vibe.' Uruk whispered in his mind. 'His strength is swelling up!'

Naturally, the two subatomic particles are necessary, as attracting one another is what generates an electrical current. And so, it begs the question, what will happen if Kael produced only one type of subatomic particle out of these two inside his body?

It will attract the other subatomic particle that's closer to Kael.
