"And what about the other lady?" Nicholas asked Martins.
"Her coming into my life made me think I was living in another world." He replied as he looked at the ground, drawing imaginary lines with his toes.
"How?" Nicholas asked again.
"My house that got burnt wasn't burnt, what happened before looked like a dream happening in reality but as a separate world. I don't even know if you can understand me.
I feel I'm done for, I don't know what to do. And my daughter, I don't want her to be part of this madness." Martins replied.
"So what do you want to do?" His friend asked him, inquiring his next move.
"Make her live a normal life as though nothing happened." Martins replied.
"But that can't be possible, she saw everything." Nicholas argued.
"I know but that shouldn't be a problem. I'll deceive her into thinking it was all a nightmare and besides, there's no evidence that it was real especially when the house is still intact." Martins answered.
