C10 - Pokemon Sanctuary.

At the end of their conversation.

Riolu asked for help since he can't handle seeing his companion face another danger. He may be adamant by nature, but he is rational.

Most of them can't survive in an uncertain place without sacrifice.

Riolu made a decision and a single condition.

"Rio~! Ri~ olu." (I will follow you, but help my companion.)

Lucas smiled at Riolu and patted his head. He can tell the Riolu was special among the Pokemon he encountered so far.

"Don't worry, Little Buddy! I value family more than anything since you desire to help them as your family. I will assist you." He looked to his eyes and turned his head to Floette. He nodded his, asking to be released.

"Flo~!" Floette swung the flower and the vines slowly disappeared.

"Let's go." Lucas asked Riolu to lead them inside their hideout. 

Riolu nodded his head, went to the rock and. collected the berries he hid behind the rock.

"Ri~!!"

Lucas and Floette follow Riolu toward their hideout.

In the following minutes of travel.

Lucas with Floette guarding him and follows Riolu to his hideout. 

Lucas was surprised once he discovered another hidden pathway beside the road he used. The tunnel was originally connected to two places Rustobo city and Verdanturf Town.

During his Father's exploration he discovered the hidden path to Lavaridge Town and since then they used that path, but Lucas didn't expect to see another hidden pathway.

Next few minutes.

They reach the Hill top of the tunnel. 

Lucas discovered varieties of Pokemon living with Green Aptitude! He also discovered Pokemon didn't exist in the Region like...

"Bun~!! Bun~!!"

A pink rabbit greeted Riolu with a hug. 

Lucas saw the sudden appearance of Buneary (shiny). He immediately used the system status and discovered a Blue Aptitude Pokemon like Riolu.

Lucas observed the duo and saw little Riolu greeted her with a smile. 

He clicked his tongue, he wasn't jealous and caressed Floette's head. "I'm not jealous I have Flo."

"Floe~? Flo!" Floette felt his envy; she hugged his right hand showing her affection. She won't leave Lucas and they will be together.

Lucas felt her concern somehow and he had an urge to cry in the corner. They can't blame him. 

He didn't have any childhood human friends in his hometown and only spent his days with different Pokemon or going to school for study.

Buneary (shiny) felt something and she raised her head. 

She saw a human staring at her. She was alert and hid Riolu behind her telling him to escape.

"Rio~" Riolu stopped her. 

He knew attacking the human was useless, especially the human behind him. He isn't among the category of normal human and Riolu explained how he encountered Lucas.

Buneary (shiny) learned Riolu's struggle. She was thankful for saving him, but she remained vigilant against the human.

"Can we go?" Lucas asked the duo with urgency. After awakening he became sensitive and felt the hostility of some Pokemon.

He had no idea why they're hostile. Despite the Alliance promotes coexistence of both human and Pokemon, but he had no interest in knowing the truth if the peace he sought was at stake.

"Let's go?"

"Ri~" Riolu nodded his head telling him to follow him. Buneary remained vigilant and kept her eyes on the human.

A Few Minutes of travel.

Lucas encountered another group of different Pokemon both toddler and adult Pokemon, but the strangest thing. The Pokemon he saw has a high aptitude from Green to Blue and some of them are Yellow.

"Sigh!" Lucas shook his head. 

He can guess the source of the hostility of some Pokemon either they're abandoned or escapees from the Pokemon poachers. 

Floette kept her guard against them since they didn't hide the hostility.

"Ri~!" (We're here.)

Lucas nodded his head and entered the hollow tree. He saw Audino lying in the dried leaves forming a bed while releasing a foul smell.

"Poison?" He was surprised and muttered "How?"

Audino were known to have high resistance against poison due to their abilities called Healer and Regenerator.

"Status."

Gender: Female

Potential: Green↓ (Magenta Aptitude degrade)

★Note: Audino suffered a poison from the mixture of different Pokemon poisonous glands and herbs. She will die in 3 days if she manages to survive, she will become crippled.]

Ding!

[Quest unlocked, saved Audino and gave them a new home. 

Rewards: Special Lake, Universal Normal Pokéblock recipes, 2 Special World (upgrade token)]

"Big sis." Lucas muttered.

("Dear, be confident and used your ability.")

"Sigh." Lucas closed his eyes and nodded his head.
