Chapter 10: The Administration

In 1714 the administration was created by Lee Samules Argabond, a scientist from Paris, France. Argabond from a very young age was fascinated by twins and made it his life's work to crack the code behind them when he grew up. With this fascination and study came awards and recognition across Europe for his work. This is what created the Administration, which was supposed to be a team of scientists, theorists, and philosophers working together to make many life changing discoveries. Along the way however many things happened to change the initial goal of the administration.

In 1843, twenty years before the emancipation proclamation, the administration fell into the hands of the fifth generation male, George Hemsworth Argabond the third. Continuing the fascination of his grandfather, Hemsworth made it his life's work to crack the code with twins using many african american slaves. He wanted to see if anybody can be connected to the point of telepathy in order to mimic the mental and physical connections that some twins seem to have.

Around the late 1850's George Hemsworth recruited his wife as a partner and they had both moved to New Orleans by 1858. The two continued on with their experiments until 1863 when the Emancipation Proclamation was signed on January first. It was then that the couple had their last experiment on their own twin sons along with twin girls who were spawned by their housemaid Adda. This time around George Hemsworth wanted to see if two pairs of twins of different races would be able to have the same mind and think and feel the same emotions. The two pairs of Twins went through excessive tests and experiments for 5 years being subject to the Administration. When the children were six years old the operation was passed from Hemsworth to his associate and brother Ronald Hemsworth Argabond.

Ronald Hemsworth continued his brother's legacy and experiments within the administration for fifteen years. It was then that Hemsworth thought about shutting down the process altogether when he finally had some type of results from his experiments. Adda's twins and his own nephews had acted a like and even felt similar things. This was done through electroshock therapy. Each twin was shot with 350 volts of electricity and each Twin would report different levels of pain. Whereas in each pair of twins they felt pain at increased levels, in the opposite pair they would feel things at a very low rate. Which even though establishes a bond between the four it was still not strong enough to have a long lasting impact. However and instead it was the behavior that stuck more with the four of them and therefore was a success amongst the Administration.

Since this happened, Hemsworth was asked to make many appearances across Europe and the America's letting his findings be known. Ronald Hemsworth Argabond was the first of the Argabond family to clone the behavior aspect onto each person. So much so that they even liked the same things and color. Thus beginning the Administration's official reign as the most prestigious organization in science and in the medical field.

It wasn't until the 1900's that the Administration went out of business. With the Great Depression the Administration slowly went bankrupt and without funding the Administration was forced to close their doors. However the current leader, James Neligen continued the research, later being funded by many drug lords in exchange for large quantities of medicine and pills to sell on the black market by the 1950's.

Slowly the Administration came back into the media for their amazing findings. However the public did not know about their inhumane projects. This is when the clone project was created. Drug Lord George Bitlotti, after receiving news of his double being shot and killed by police, he went to James Neligen making the biggest request of his life: a twin. One that was just as cold and emotionless as him. Even more so. The twin would be able to do many tasks for the Drug Lord including read and write for he did not. Bitlotti wanted an exact replica to be and do everything he wasn't built to do with a submissive nature as to not over power him. However when James Neligen failed to deliver due to many failed attempts he was assassinated. Leaving Reagan Samuels of Argabond descent to take over in his place by the time it was 1965.

The Administration had evolved over more than two centuries to become the under and above ground monster making machine it is today. With new growth and progress towards the cloning process that has caught the attention of many people. They even extended their services which can be done for a small fee as a means of funding and backing their research to this very day.

The Administration was a force to be reckoned with. Nothing goes unseen and without experiment numbers 0003745, 0003744, 0003743, and at the most 000100 they were going to lose grip.
