Twin Born

I sat there, watching my obligation to accountability, rebuilding itself. I should have known though, the place was built to be damaged, so there was no need to feel bad, and so I didn't. It was still strange though, even as they went around ensuring everyone's safety, they were happy. As for me, I had no idea what to feel, that was only the main 'body' though, as inside my head a court proceeding was taking place.

"We cut off the arm… and it'll all go away…? Huh…? Huh!?" He walked around arms spread wide like a priest, yet he was a snake oil salesman. Fitting, as a sea of voices left him.

"That won't work… remember that we destroyed that hand just earlier today… as long as the main area of the link isn't attacked, it won't do anything… It'll even let the hand be destroyed as long as its bone fragment remains intact… so no… that won't work…" My voice, just my voice.
