Who Are You?

It was dark outside.

In a house on the outskirts of Cyclops City.

Xi Ansel was lying on his bed and contemplating the things that happened earlier today. He didn't expect so many things to happen. His only goal was to get an outer disciple seat, so he could continue his plans for the future.

But who would have thought that he would be reaping so many rewards in a single day. Increasing his cultivation to Elementary Realm 3rd stage, getting TOTAL ANHILLATOR, crippling that dog Ji Jian and most important becoming the 'JADE DISCIPLE'.

In his previous life this title was just, that existed in legends. Even Xi Ansel hadn't seen the grandmaster of cloud martial sect in his previous life let alone learn from him. He once asked the vice master of the sect about him but what he received in reply stunned him- " If you have affinity to meet him, then you will definitely get to meet him."

Cloud Martial Sect's grandmaster was said to be one of the most mysterious existences of the Heavenly Lord Continent, the continent in which Xi Ansel lived. Even in his previous life when Xi Ansel started the 'War Of The 8 Continents' and painted the Earth with blood, each and every powerful existence of the 8 continent participated in that war to kill Xi Ansel but the grandmaster never appeared.

Xi Ansel never paid any attention to the grandmaster in his previous life, when he was just an outer disciple of the Cloud Martial Sect but now that he thought about it, he realized that, 'the Grandmaster was not so simple.'

For now Xi Ansel kept all these things aside, as he was already a Jade Disciple, so naturally he would meet the Grandmaster soon, there was no need to contemplate much.

Now, Xi Ansel's gaze shifted towards the edge of the room where rested the sword that was inside the steel scabbard- TOTAL ANHILLATOR! the biggest reward he got after being reincarnated.

This sword was so bloody sick!

Even now that the sword was reclining, it still gave off a sharp and vicious aura that could slice through Heaven and Earth. Thinking about how Xi Ansel was going to cut down people and start a massacre soon, he couldn't help but feel excited.

But now he suddenly remembered something and furrowed his brows.

'Those Otherworldly beings! What did the ancestor mean by that?'

'What did he mean by placing the hope of humanity on me?'

After contemplating for a while, Xi Ansel chuckled.

"Interesting! This life is getting more and more interesting. I had a simple motive for reincarnating, that was to slaughter all those who were involved in killing Itzel and destroying my life. But now many new variables are popping out. This is truly very fascinating!"

"I had already promised the ancestor to help save this world and these ant like beings. So I will fulfill my promise." Xi Ansel was saying this but inside he knew that in his previous life nothing happened like the arrival of the other worldly beings, so naturally this time it won't too.

So this issue is solved for now!

Now for the most important issue.

"It is still a year before I meet Itzel and in order for us to make it a smooth reunion, I have to remove all the weeds. I know Itzel you like paintings a lot and believe me, this time for our reunion I would gift you a masterpiece painting that I myself will paint by the corpses and blood of our enemies." Xi Ansel muttered to himself and then started laughing madly as his eyes shone with a viscous light.

Suddenly Xi Ansel felt a chill on his body.

'Oho! Looks like we have company!', Xi Ansel was very sensitive towards killing intent, as the more you kill the more sensitive you would be towards it. Even though in this life he had yet to start killing but in the previous there is no need to mention how many millions of people were cut by him.

Xi Ansel was still leisurely laying on his bed, even after sensing the presence of the other party outside.

"Come out! Little mouse! Stop playing these childish games!", Xi Ansel softly said. His voice neither too low nor too loud.

The other party had clearly heard it and suddenly a cold breeze blew into the small room from the window which was open and a black figure revealed itself.

"To think that a mere child of 15 years will sense my presence. It is as those rumors say. You are a prodigy!", the black figure spoke with an emotionless voice. From the voice, one can clearly identify that it is a male.

Xi Ansel laid relaxed on the bed and slowly moved his gaze towards the black figure which was just 2 meters away from him. The figure was shrouded in a black mist and was giving off an extremely menacing aura. The face of the figure was half covered by a black mask which only revealed his eyes, that had no expression. If a normal person we to see it then he/she would be so scared that they would instantly faint by pissing their pants.

"I won't ask those useless questions like, ' Who are you?' or ' Why are you here?', Just come at me!", Xi Ansel spoke in a calm manner while still laying on the bed.

"Hmm? To be able to act so tough in front of me even though your strength is too weak! You are the first! You should be proud! But your arrogance is way too much. You even didn't ask the other party who he was or what is the reason for the visit, Now that's too much isn't it?", the figure calmly spoke, but its eyes shone with a viscous glint.

"Kekeke....What is there to ask? From the looks of it, you might be an assassin and the way you landed in my house in a profound manner speaks that you are someone from the higher hierarchy of your organization and the way you proudly speak about yourself confirms it. You were there for quite sometime and could have easily killed me, well that is if I would have allowed, but you still chose to remain hidden and knowingly revealed a bit of killing intent so that I can sniff you out."

"By the looks of it, you're not here to kill me but to get something from me. 'What can a poor disciple such as me have?', that would be something I would have said earlier but now as everyone in the city knows that I posses a legendary treasure from the ancient mountain, so you must naturally be after it. It isn't you who is after it, but someone else and if my guess is correct, it must be the Ji family which ordered you, isn't it? After all I gave them a pleasant gift crippling their genius descendant and making him worthless for life."

"Given the grudge of the Ji family they must be dying to kill me but still they can't do shit to me. The reason is the, 'JADE DISCIPLE' title, which was given to yours truly by the most powerful sect's Vice grandmaster. If you were to lay a hand...No, if you were even to lay a finger on me the cloud sect would not rest easy and don't you dare give me that crap , ' If I were to Kill you here, Who would know?', if you are wise enough then you already know the answer. The whole city knows that I offended the Ji family so if I were to even get a scratch, the Ji family is to be blamed.....KeKeKe!", Xi Ansel laughed sinisterly while laying comfortably on his bed. No one would believe that this is the laugh of a mere 15 year old boy and if one were to see that handsome face, then they would probably die and still not believe it.

The face of the black figure was ashen. It was as if he had seen a ghost. Never in his life had he seen a frightening kid as this. He couldn't even believe the fact that this guy in front of him is just a child. Each and every thing he calculated it perfectly, but it was all for naught, the fact that the kid could directly see through him but same couldn't be said for him made the black figure tremble in his heart. The black figure was now reluctant to complete the mission.

'If this kid knew everything from the start and is still calm, that means he must have prepared for this. If he were to stay here any longer he might fall into his trap', this was a question that revolved around in the black figure's mind.

"Who are you?", after a while the black figure asked Xi Ansel. This time his tone didn't contain that self-confidence he was exuding earlier. If someone were to notice they could sense a bit of fear in those words.

"Hah! You are asking me who I am? Didn't you ask the patriarch of the Ji Family about my name. Don't worry! I will tell you, 'I am Xi Ansel and also the Ji family's doom'!", Xi Ansel sighed as he spoke softly.

Hearing the words 'patriarch of the Ji Family', the black figure instantly disappeared and the black mist flowed out of the window. The small room once again returned to normal as that sinister aura dissipated.

"Good Choice!" Xi Ansel chuckled and his gaze shifted from the window towards the ceiling of the room as he slowly closed his eyes.

'Time to have a good night's rest'
