Still Waters

While the Sylph move towards me, I am moving atop the shiny many platform, waiting for them to get close.

They take the white ice block under as I take my first steps on the ocean surface.

I smirk as the next one to rise is met with a mortal rune to the face, the tendril leaves my index finger like a laser, delivering the small half inch ball that turns into a five foot explosion.

'Right in the kisser'.

I thought it would destabilize the array around me, but they are well spaced.

'It depends on the position, that water array has a lot of energy coursing through it right now, it is balanced and stabilized with sea water as well'.

The process is repeated a distance away, like mana traps for Sylph.

With every passing moment I am more comfortable on the water, three different sets of two pentagram arrays are made, ten feet apart.

They feed off of the world energy as the seawater rises.
