DANICA
I completed my skincare routine because I knew if I didn't, Alice would get frustrated.
She seemed busy so I assured her for the millionth time that I really didn't mind doing stuff on my own.
I scanned through my clothes wondering what would be appropriate for wherever the hell Neil had planned on spending the day.
I definitely didn't want to embarrass myself by being overdressed and I'm sure I would've had less trouble dressing up of I'd just asked him where we were going.
He'd probably say "it's a surprise" anyways.
I settled for a short black skirt that hugged my hips perfectly and a baggy crop top.
Then I slipped on a pair of black boots.
I walked out of the closet and looked around.
Now I need Alice.
She walked in, giving me a look that said, "I told you so," as if reading my thoughts from downstairs.
Then she studied my appearance.
"Hmmm.... I love it."
I smiled back, sitting by the table.
"Alright. What's the occasion?" She asked.
