Chapter Eighteen.

It was nearly 7pm when I found myself in front of my house which looking around made me not so mad at Jason with his expensive cleaning choice considering that it seemed like his expensive crew did maintenance too. Yep, I am still going to be petty about it.

Speaking of Jason, his car wasn't in the driveway, not that I cared or anything. I for one was happy to get my privacy after almost a week of staying under my mum's roof.

Lugging my suitcase which was considerably heavy from all the extras,(food mostly) my mum packed me, because apparently I was leaner than when I left her house, I nearly fell off my porch when I heard Jason call out, "hey Ivory!" I didn't even hear him drive in!

Next thing he was tugging my suitcase from my hand, "when did you get in?"

"Just now, good evening Jason." I smiled because well I was nice and also he was being a lotta helpful at the moment.

He smiled back, "it's being a while, how was your trip?" "It was good" I was unlocking my door.
