Chapter Seven

Winter's POV

My God! Kai was so annoying. If Midnight and I fight because of him. I'll gonna cut his hair off until it goes bald. I don't even have a clue about that LOVE thingy! I can't have a space to be alone and read my favorite novel!

"Heyy! Winter, Catch you up later. Okay?" Kai said to me while smiling he pisses me off!

"OKAY! FINE!" I forcibly said

"You're too icy, Winter" then he acted that he's being cold while rubbing his both arms.

"Did something is different?" I coldly said to him.

"Just eat this," he handed me a burger and because it was food. I'll gonna accept it.

"Thank you!" then I get the burger from him.

"Wow! Winter said thank you to me!" he amazingly said while poking my side, but I kept pushing Kai away.

"Kai! Stop tickling me! It pissed me off." I complain to Kai

"Okay! I'll gonna stop! But thank you so much, Winter." Kai said to me with his genuine smile.

"Don't forget my GC's!" I reminded him.

"Yeah! Noted! Thank you again!" Then he hugs me suddenly!

It was a glimpse of a second! I felt that my heartbeat pounding so fast. I need to remove his hug away from me! I think I'll gonna get some allergic reaction. So I push him away.

"Ewww" I murmured.

Kai and I were in the supplies shop where you gonna buy art and crafts materials even books. We are going to buy items for Spencer's birthday party. He's going to be 16.

"Is this enough?" Kai said while putting the items inside the cart.

"Yea, that's okay," I said then I look around to find things in the list,

"Is this enough?" Kai asked me again when I turn into him, I just sighed.

"What you'll gonna do with those black cartolina paper we need the colorful ones. It's a birthday party remember not a funeral." I reminded him.

"Sorry" he returns the black cartolina he is focused on what he is doing. He still chooses the colors of the cartolinas carefully. "This?" He added

"What will you gonna do in 20 pieces of black markers? You gonna sniffs all of it? What heck, You're doing?" then I tweak my head.

He's the reason for my stress! Finally, the bookstore is done. Grocery is next, what kind of torture I'll gonna get this time?

"This and then this" he took the in cans and poured them into our big cart. It's different when you're rich.

"What the hell Kai! We don't need that, you need to chill your ass, and trust me, I can handle this, just follow me. I can't handle the stress anymore" I turned my back on him and took the big cart again, I feel like I would be 10 years older in my anger.

So the end is all fine, he's just making it hard for me. There's a cashier but he's still asking me what's the total cost of the items. Did he think that I'm a living calculator?

All of this is for Spencer's birthday and Kai's confession. The fun thing is I'll cook and decorate so I'll make myself busy and the bad news is. We ditch class. If I don't become the Dean's Lister of our university. I swear to God! I'll gonna kill this guy! We didn't bother to talk to each other because we're too busy. I hope this turns out to be great.

End of Winter POV

Midnight POV

What's happening to Winter? She's running for Dean's lister then she ditches class. I think she's with Kai? Are they dating? I can't keep it, I'll gonna be broken-hearted!

And then members of Royale are here, As usual, they are seat in. They can't get rid of, because Scot has a will to do so and because his family is the sponsor of this university. He's the most wealthy member of Royale. So that's the reason why Royale can do whatever they want.

"happy birthday Spencer" Lukas greeted him and hands over his gift.

"Thank you! Dude!" Spencer said while taking Lukas gift,

"And because it is your birthday, I'll treat you to the most expensive milk tea shop and order what you want," Scot said to him. I wish I have that too so that I gonna lessen my sadness.

"Cuz' it's your birthday, you can choose any of my Gucci collection," Theo said to him. I wish I have that kind of friend,

"I'll cook for you, Spencer," Davin said.

Davin is like Winter. "E" for effort.

"I'll give you my eyeliner with free make-up so that I have a reason to buy new ones," Bailey said.

I was wondering if Bailey was gay?

"Happy Birthday! I'm not going to annoy you today!" that's

"KYAHHHH! CHESTER," the fangirls say his name.

"I'm fabulous and you too for this day" Kris greeted him with a non-sense message.

"I'll give you my gift later, cuz' it's in my room," Xion said,

"Happy bitday! bitday boith!" Chase mocking Spencer,

"What's happening? Why I kept hearing Happ Birthday Greetings?" Liam ask.

"NOTHING!!!" They said to Liam.

I'm going to insane hearing them. I miss Kai, He was always with Winter. I feel jealous, what are they doing right now! Jealousy when me crazy.

*PHONE VIBRATES*

I cuff my phone from my pocket and saw a message.

From: Winter

Midnight, please go to our village clubhouse with Blossom and the bunch of freaks (Royale members). As is now after class, Thank you and take care! <3

My eyebrows raised because of her message, She ditches class just to go to the Clubhouse. Then wants to fetch her with Royale? You've got to be kidding me, Winter! Even though we're not close. Royale listens and believes in Winter's message so they followed us.

A T THE C L U B H O USE

Were here at the clubhouse! I'm just finding Winter, I kept checking my phone for her reply. Then beside me is Kris. For all the people why him?

"Hey! Midnight?" Kris greeted me.

"What?!" I annoyingly replied.

"Why you're so irascible? I"m just approaching you" Kris calmly said.

"You don't care? Just shut up Kris" I cussed.

Then Winter came before we get into a fight.

"Let's go this way!" Winter said to us.

I have a feeling that is something smells fishy. Winter's aura is different, I had goosebumps also while following her. When we reach the center of the Club House, The lights are turned off that causes fear to us. I heard Blossom's screams.

"Midnight? Is this you?" Blossom grope for me in the middle of this darkness.

"Yes! It is me!" I replied and reaches her hands, I felt her hugged me.

What the hell is happening? Did the homeowners didn't pay bills? Suddenly the lights came on. Then I saw Kai was kneeling on the ground while holding Kris's hand. It cringes the hell out of me, Is there a bromance going here. And KAI LIKE DUDES! WHAT A REVELATION!

"I like you. Can I court you?" Kai said to Kris,

I CANNOT TAKE THIS SCENE. LIKE I NEED TO REMOVE MY EYEBALLS AND WASH IT OFF.

"OHMYGOTH!! My Virgin EYETH" Spencer said then closes his eyes and hides Lukas back.

"Bish PLEASE! I'm too Fabulous to be Gay.!!" Kris reacted then removes his hands.

Because of that Kai, look at Kris and look towards our direction then his jaw drops.

"Wait? We had a human error. Sorry!" Winter said and pushes Kris off to the scene then pulls me towards Kai. He reaches my hands, by this time I was shock and cany absorb this moment.

"There! We're now okay! Take two! ACTION!!!" Winter said again.

"This is SWEET!" Blossom screams she's blushing.

"GO! KAI YOU CAN DO IT!" Royale cheers for him too.

He clears his throat, then looks into my eyes. I feel like I'll gonna melt with those eyes. I still can't believe it, I am just dreaming? I feel butterflies in my stomach!

"How?" The first word that became to my mouth.

"It's been 3 years since then. I don't know why? The only thing that I know is just to fill the emptiness inside me. You're incredible! My likeness to you was too strong that I want myself to be there beside you. Then I make myself just to be in your section and wanting to level up these feelings. But it wasn't working? Because you didn't notice me." I interrupted his confession then I stood him up.

I clear my throat "You need to be scared because I don't like you.." I was surprised by his expression, that's the proof that he's telling me the truth, Kai was about to go when I pulled his hand.

"Wait!" then I cuff his cheeks "Because I love you.." my eyes tear when I said that then Kai hugs me tightly.

"I Love You Too! Midnight," he releases his hug and held my hand once again and said these words "Can I court you?" my heart pounds faster,

"YES!" I said with inexplicable joy.

"Spencer's birthday became a confession day! What a cheesy moment!" Blossom said with extreme joy.

"Double Celebration.." Winter said while smiling.

"Let's eat! Food looks tasty!" Chester invites us.

"Hey! Dude? Are you okay?" Theo said to Kris while helping him to fix himself.

The Royale members mocking him, Because he landed on Spencer's Cake and marked a hole onto it. But the shocking part is when I look into his eyes, I saw sadness and he's going to tear up. I think Kris was ashamed of what happened. Then he walks out with a disappointment on his face.
