CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED – THE PRICE FOR THE AGREEMENT

Aldrin looked at the crimson-haired woman as he watch her actions unfold in front of him.

He looked at the others within the room and he could feel their hostile aura as they are shooting daggers at Damien's back because of what he's doing right now.

The chestnut-haired man (Aldrin) couldn't reason out with these people because as his instincts as a shapeshifter, they wouldn't listen to him.

But Scarlette Overland is a different matter.

Based on his investigation about her, aside from the fact that she is not fond of socializing, the crimson-haired woman is also not fond of meddling with other people's business.

Right now, Aldrin and Damien being present within these people are now Scarlette's responsibility and the chestnut-haired man's (Aldrin) hope is none other than Scarlette.
