He is only eating fish in the underground lake inside the cave and meat from bears if they appeared.

I followed him as I observed the cave. 'It is still magnificent to see this spectacular cave...'
His home in this cave is only made out of stone. It is kind of obvious that he either mine the stones or break the boulders from the cave.
