Chapter 39: Two Quests?

~Third POV~

After the events that happened in the mansion of Tatsumi home, they were visited by the guards of central to investigate the news happening in the area.

The guards were very surprised to see new people inside the home and demanded answers only to be revealed that Tatsumi was now a new noble of Aria's home as soon as he shows the documents necessary.

The central guards reading over the documents took them and asked for the testimony of the guards, maids, and lords in the mansion of the giant dark snake class danger beast that appeared out of nowhere.

The guard in charge was a character that took Tatsumi by surprise it was Seryu Ubiquitous, but he remained calm after it was her without her Teigu.

Seryu a young teen with auburn hair and amber eyes her first appearance, wore her hair in a long ponytail that almost reached the ground and was typically seen in a military uniform in favor of dresses and casual wear and was frequently attired in upper-body armor.

From what Tatsumi and the rest learned about is that they named the dark creation of Tatsumi is called the Abyss Serpentine and was registered as a B-Class Danger Beasts that Seryu discussed with him and the rest of the staff.

Everyone was instructed to follow what Tatsumi have told everyone as they lied about the event to which the guards could only agree that they were victims of the attack.

After that, it took a few minutes before the guards finally left the area but they said that the central guards head of chief will come by the place in a few days to confirm the actions of the documents so they can be 'legalized' as nobles.

Till then they have the land till the chief of the central capital guard arrives.

When they finally left to confirm with the other witness around the capital Tatsumi, Beatrice, and Echidna sigh out a breath of relief.

After the guards left the three members of the chat group went to the living room after Air have left them some tea and cookies to eat.

But that doesn't concern them at the moment although Beatrice enjoys the treats the both of them look concerned at the quest.

No, when they saw the request it was two that appeared a first for the group to see…

~Tatsumi POV~

Ok, these requests are certainly a first to appear although they look pretty odd to me anyway considering their origin.

[Ding! Two new quests have been added to the Dimensional Chat Group!]

[1st Quest:]

[Number of participants: 3]

[Quest 1: Destroy the Original Life Fiber]

[Quest 2: Obtain a Life Fiber 5 Star Goku Uniform]

[Quest 3: Invite one person]

[Reward: 15,000 Points, and one random reward]

[2nd Quest:]

[Number of participants: 2]

[Quest 1: Destroy the Skull Heart]

[Quest 2: Invite one person]

[Reward: 20,000 Points, and one random reward]

[Ding! Erza, Ruby, Toga, and Echidna have signed up for the chat!]

Glancing over to the rest of the members I see that they have the same confused expression as me with these quests given to us.

Ruby: Hello everyone I see we need to address the quest for today correct?

Erza: Yes, two quests have appeared today, and the number of participants appears to match with everyone here.

Echidna: Yes, but what concerns me the most is the key terms being used here like Original Life Fibers, and Skull Heart what exactly do these means.

Toga: Yeah, I searched up those terms in my world, but it looks like I couldn't find any information about them anywhere in my world, and assuming you guys don't have it in yours as well?

Well this is surprising this is a first for Toga to not know but then again not everything is going to be known from her world.

Tatsumi: Well then guys it looks like I'm going to have to explain this time although who will go to that world then.

Ruby: Ok then Tatsumi can you explain to us what is the world is concerning you?

Tatsumi: Sigh… ok the first one that describes life fibers is an alien parasite that first came to earth and helped evolved people by the power of clothing…

Toga: …? Really human evolution was thanked by clothes.

Ruby: I don't know why but I feel sad for that world somehow?

Tatsumi: Oh, trust me it's not all the main heroine of the story of Kill la Kill is very revealing by using her full power by the power of nakedness and I can't make this shit up also don't question how I knew this I was going through a dirty time…

I was streaming out steam out of pure embarrassment I was just really interested in the title at the time!

I wasn't prepared to know what anime Kill la Kill really was and I was interested in the plot!

Just the plot and nothing else!!

Looking at Echidna she gives me a smirk across her smug grin with her [Gospel of Wisdom] …

Echidna: This ganging up of someone is certainly a fun experience to pick on Tatsumi it's refreshing.

Erza: Yes, I don't know why but I feel like that mocking Tatsumi is soothing at times.

Ruby: I just do it for payback for him seeing me naked.

Toga: Same here but I do it for the fun and hell of it.

Tatsumi: I hate you all with all of my heart!!!

Toga: Yeah, we love you too dumbass but on to the serious subject do you know much about the second Quest?

Calming myself down from my embarrassment I try to recall the key term of Skull Heart but the only thing I can recall is I remember it from a video game.

If I recall correctly it should be from a game called Skullgirls I have heard about the game before but never gotten to play it before, but I do know where the location of it is from.

Tatsumi: Well I haven't played the game myself but I think from my first life a friend of mine played a game with a mention of defeating the skull girl with the skull heart with it taking place in some kingdom but I do know that you can find the person you're looking for in a church in the city as well as some corrupt mafia goons.

Erza: I see it looks like from this Skullgirls world we know what to expect from it at the very least.

Toga: Agreed although is that how much you know Tatsumi?

Tatsumi: Afraid so Toga that much I know sorry if I haven't played the game before it wasn't exactly famous before my time anyway.

Ruby: Don't worry but at the very least we have an idea of what to do next but the next question remains as to what will we do next for the people going to these two quests.

Erza: Yes it's certainly a predicament we have come across here.

Tatsumi: I agree but no matter what world we go to it's going to be difficult for anyone going to Kill la Kill world unless they are physically strong.

Toga: Say Tatsumi which setting does it take place anyway?

Looking at Toga's question I thought she might be a prime candidate to come over to Kill la Kill plus I highly doubt will need to do much education needed in that world.

Tatsumi: If I remember it takes place in Japan starting in Honnoji Academy I guess you want in for this mission then?

Toga: Hell, ya I am! What better place for me to test out my skills and acting in that world yes?

Erza: In that case, I'll take the Skullgirl request I can handle myself well against ordinary goons in that world, and Ruby are you interested to come along with me?

Ruby: Huh…?

Tatsumi: Actually, Ruby you should take this chance to learn some fighting experience from other people in the future with this quest it should be good for you.

Ruby: Really! Well, I have been meaning to try out my skills I guess I'll agree to it then!

Echidna: Hmm… actually Ruby would you mind letting me go to this unknown world with Erza?

Ruby: Huh? Why?

Glancing over at Echidna I raised my eyebrow at her as she explains herself.

Echidna: It's simple if Erza is going into the unknown on this one it might be best to have me with my [Authority of Greed: Everlasting Knowledge Seeker] to help guide her through this mission its just the best solution for her to have plus any knowledge of that world would be useful to have around.

Well…

What Echidna says is true plus I already know the plot of the story of Kill la Kill so I guess it should be fine for me with Toga and Ruby.

Ruby: Well with that logic it would make sense and having Toga and Tatsumi around would make it better for me.

Toga: Yes, that means I and you with Tatsumi are taking on the first quest plus do you know the plot of the story Tatsumi?

Tatsumi: More or less I might not know a lot but certainly enough to get by.

Toga: See we are ok for now so then Erza do you have no complaints?

Erza: None here everything is already been discussed so then Echidna is partnered with me I hope you guide me well.

Echidna: Same here Erza I'm interested in seeing what this world has to offer.

Tatsumi: Ok in that case then how about we gear up before we leave for the mission we have then.

Ruby: Already on it I'll be sure to bring some clothes for myself and weapons.

Toga: Ok doing the same we all leave at the same time then?

Erza: Agreed I need time to pack up as well till then how about 3 hours before we reconvene again.

Echidna: Yes, I will bring the necessary items in 3 hours it is.

Tatsumi: Ok then will begin our quest in 3 hours till then prepare to bring with you your items.
