Chapter 79: Searching the D528-143

~Third POV~

After waiting for the call for their allies the group finally managed to get a call in as they were given information on how to go on that people are hunting after them.

With that, they began to discuss a plan to venture out to the location of D528-143 where the next clue for the Khavitidala the dragon's location where they decipher the code.

Once that was established, they began to choose people who would come as Ray began to call out who would be their elite team, "Ok then if that is the case then we would need an elite team to go in, so I and Emma are going followed by Don and Gilda. Then hmm… Tatsumi and Ruby."

Hearing the news of this Don and Gilda were surprised by the choice but were happy to come along for the ride as Law grew a confused expression towards Ray.

Asking for curiosity's sake Law asked why those two with a smirk on his face, "Ray was it? Why ya pick on little red and pink boy if you don't mind me asking?"

Emma was the one to respond in a matter in fact tone to Law as she spoke, "Oh that is simple Law it's because when our ally contacted us, I understood. The enemy is definitely searching for us. They are definitely looking for this shelter. I don't want us to be spread thin. This is the base of the cattle children, where we all live."

That was when Emma took a glance towards Echidna and Law as she spoke in a happy tone to the two, "That and we chose Tatsumi for protection and Ruby for her marksmanship since you and Echidna will be able to help out defending the place with Yugo and Lucas around."

Law stood their shock as he looked away while making Echidna nod approvingly as she helped Ray and Emma so she would learn more about her character the most.

Tatsumi and Ruby both nodded their heads in agreement to help them out.

After that, they took their time to make a plan and restock on some food for their journey just in case costing them a couple of days to get ready while they memorize the maps of D528-143.

When they left out to finally search the place Tatsumi asked them a question, "Say kids do you want to see something cool and fast to our destination?"

Hearing this Ray gets a bad idea as he asked for curiosity's sake, "What kind of fast are we talking about here?"

Grinning at this Tatsumi began to lift everyone using his [Authority of Sloth: Invisible Hands] as he lifted everyone in the air as the kids were very surprised as Tatsumi grins further as they all began to float around.

Seeing this Don was surprised that they are in the air with clear shock, "What the heck! We're flying!"

Ruby enjoying the free ride she reassures the group as she spoke kindly to them, "Don't worry everyone this is one of Tatsumi's strange abilities. But this will surely take you guys to safety and enjoy the ride."

The invisible hands were used as a device for all the kids to fly above the sky as they looked on the horizon for the first time in the sky in amazement.

Tatsumi using his invisible hands to fly in the sky as Tatsumi showed off his wings as the kids began to look at him surprised.

Tatsumi smugly grins at them showing his jaws of sharp dragon teeth acting to be cool in front of them, "Have no fear from me guys because I'm also a dragon, not a demon."

The kids didn't know what to think of Tatsumi as he looks at them worried as he expressed his concern in words, "Eh… this is the part that you're supposed to be amazed why – "

"Ok."

"Sure."

"What?"

"Now that makes more sense."

Tatsumi feeling incredibly insulted right now yelling at the kids with a worried expression on his face, "WHY THE HECK YOU GUYS ARE SO CALM!!!"

Emma the voice of reason for the kids shyly responds to Tatsumi's concern while Ruby enjoys the show, "Eh… no offense Tatsumi but we kind of assumed everyone from what they saw as an alien or some kind of mythical creature. After all, a human having light pink skin and wings like yours is weird."

Tatsumi at that moment didn't know which was right to let the kids go or take that insult to the face at face value.

Meanwhile Ruby was video recording the whole conversation and interactions as she plans to hand it over to Toga after everything has been said and done with as she laughs at the scene.

As they were talking around an owl managed to see everything through its eyes but in another room with monitors around Peter Ratri, he looked at it with a curious gleam in his eyes, "I see…. It looks like I may need to increase the forces to get the cattle children… better to make some calls with the demon queen."

Once they have arrived at their destination after only a few days going there instead of weeks in the original storyline they were surprised to see that the site was a stone henge.

With that, they all admired the stones as they venture forth searching for answers of their own to enter the seven gates.

Tatsumi was glancing around with Ray as they both observed the ruins of the area, "I wonder what could've happened to this place that made into ruin. And these symbols are something I don't understand."

Ray noticed the comments of Tatsumi replied with his own answer, "Yeah although that doesn't matter we need to find the dragon's eye. We need to find it."

Tatsumi nods at this till he realizes something as he asked Ray, "Wait a minute… Hey, Ray don't mind if I see from above the stones?"

Looking confused Ray shrugged as Tatsumi jump up to the stone hedges as he takes a clear look that the rock formation looks like an eye, 'I knew something was off here! The rock formation here is in a shape of an eye is this the symbol we're looking for perhaps?'

Ray seeing the expression on his face asked in a confused tone to Tatsumi, "Hey Tatsumi what did you find out up there?"

Tatsumi nodding at this began to get Ray to show him what he found meanwhile Ruby was also helping out with the rest but that was when she caught notice of Emma acting strangely.

A confused expression soon showed as Ruby approached Emma with a concerned tone, "Hey Emma you ok there?"

Moving around her shoulder Ruby noticed that Emma's eyes appear blank as Ruby was now very concerned as Emma finally managed to snap out of it.

Ruby seeing Emma fully conscious asked in a concerned tone, "Emma what happened! I saw you lost focus then the next your eyes appear blank what happened!"

Getting the other attention Emma shyly nods at this as she began to explain to the group that she found out who the God of the demons areas she says to them a riddle from him, "Listen guys this is what He said to me next is the entrance, here, there is nothing, yet everything. The entrance isn't anywhere yet the entrance is everywhere. Do you guys know what exactly that means?"

With the words spoken, they all sighed as they have no answer at the time to answer but they are relieved that they can enter the place again.

Ruby glances at the distance as she smiles hopefully at the distance as she wonders, 'I wonder how the others are doing? I guess they should be safe with Echidna and Law there I wouldn't have to worry I bet they are alright.'

Meanwhile, a man wearing military gear along with the same group of people with demons as well with them was approaching as he opens his phone as he answers the person on the other line in a cold tone, "Ratri sir, we finally located the location of the cattle children with the mechanical owl spy. We are to proceed immediately."

At the other end of the line, Peter Ratri voiced his caution of the other humans, "Yes but do be aware of the other two members of the group. We managed to see a group of six suddenly fly so it's better to assume that the rest have some kind of ability."

The man with glasses holding the phone nods at this but wonders why they had to team up with demons to get the cattle children, "Very well sir but was it necessary to get the forces of the Queen demons to get these cattle children?"

Peter replied with a happy tone as he says to him overconfident with their elite forces, "Yes, she certainly wants those brats from the Grace Field ready for her as soon as possible. Just bring back the high-grade ones is all the rest is for them."

The man could only sigh in question as they began to proceed to move closer at the base to corner and slaughter the kids but…

"[El Minya]!"

"BOOOM!!!!"

Suddenly a large explosion of crystals erupted from the sky as it managed to kill off a large force of demons and soldiers as they were shocked to see a sudden attack and exploding into dust but more so a cold voice emerged on the battlefield.

"My, oh my, I didn't expect they would spy us with that metal owl. That is certainly a surprise but that won't be enough for us?"

For some odd reason, the soldier's humans, and demons alike felt a cold chill on their spines as they see a woman with white hair, a little kid that they thought was cattle children were flying beside the white hair woman, and a young man with a blade and fluffy hat appeared in their vision.

When they saw that their forces were reduced by a single attack, they were very unprepared as they ready their guns at them with Beatrice saying one word that left them blind, "[Ul Shamak]."

Just like that the soldiers and demons were completely blind to what was happening before it was already too late.
