Third Person Point of View
Briseis laughed so hard that startled her friends.
"Hey are you okay?" worried Marissa asked her friend Briseis again.
Shawna, on the other hand, was a little scared by the appearance of her friend who had her mouth wide open while her teeth were sticking out and she can see the reddish gum of her friend.
Bret and Seven looked at Briseis puzzled. They were all puzzled because of Briseis's laugh. They wonder what happened to her.
Bret couldn't stand it anymore and shook Briseis hard.
Briseis stopped and closed her eyes slightly and then opened her eyes as if she was exhausted.
"What happened?" she asked again. "How did I get here?"
Shawna's nervousness disappeared because her friend's appearance returned to normal.
"We saw you in the bathroom unconscious so we brought you here to the classroom." Bret said to her.
"What's going on with you?" Bret asked his friend. "You've been anxious for a while. It's weird. Tell us if you have a problem. You're not alone."
"That's right! Bret is right, Briseis" Shawna said. "We're just here. Do you have a problem?"
Briseis grabbed her neck and immediately searched for her bag.
"Where's my bag?" questioning her friends who ignored what her friends were asking.
Marissa gave to Briseis her bag that she was holding.
Briseis quickly reach it up. Marissa was shocked at what her friend had done.
There was something wrong with it and she could feel it.
Briseis looked around their classroom.
"Why are we the only ones here?" Briseis asked.
"It is already six o'clock in the afternoon. It is time to go home," Bret said to her.
The clouds are getting dark outside.
It was late afternoon when Briseis woke up and her friends were looking for her since morning.
"What about the book?" Briseis asked because from what she remembers the faculty is searching for the book that they stole.
"Don't worry," Shawna answered. "They don't have any trail about it."
"Briseis you are not answering our question," Bret said as she observes Briseis. "We are asking you if you are okay."
"I'm fine, I have to go home,"
Briseis stood up to leave but Bret held her hand causing her to stop.
"Are you really okay?"
Briseis withdrew her hand from the young man.
"I want to rest first," Briseis said.
She felt very tired in her dream earlier.
She didn't even know if it was just a dream.
She also feels anxious.
She then continues walking out of the classroom and left her friends.
Bret was about to chase the girl but Shawna stopped him.
"Maybe I need a break," Shawna said to the young man. "We know Briseis has a lot of problems. Let's just let him go first."
They were just forced to go home and let Briseis go first.
While Briseis was dumbfounded watching his friends exit the gate.
"It was just a dream," Briseis whispered in his mind. "A bad dream. That's right, it's just a dream!"
Briseis parted her hair as the strong wind blew and she stopped when she felt pain in the back of her head.
Her eyes widened and she immediately ran to the nearest bathroom.
She immediately looked in the mirror and looked at her head.
She covered her mouth when she saw that there was a dry blood on it and there was no hair in the space on her head. She remembers how the woman ate her hair. That gives creep at her.
She shook her head and looked at it carefully again.
Without lying she actually had a head wound.
She looked at her legs and there was also a scratch on them.
It only means one thing. What happened to her earlier is all true.
She slapped herself.
"Still sleeping!" he shouted to himself and repeatedly slapped. "WAKE UP! STILL SLEEP!"
But what slaps himself does not happen because he is already awake to the truth.
She only got a pain on what she had done.
Suddenly the lights flickered so she turned around and when she looked back in the mirror she did not see her reflection but a woman with messy hair.
Briseis could barely breathe at the sight.
The woman had no eyes and her mouth was so wide that her head could fit at the woman's mouth.
Briseis could not move from her position and she was just staring at the woman. She feels paralyze once again. Helpless.
The hand of the woman with the long nails rose slowly and touched its face. Briseis felt the cold hand on her face again.
Her eyes could also see its long nails that were even longer than her head.
"Your eyes are beautiful," the woman whispered to her.
"Can I borrow it?"
Briseis shook her head as she burst into tears.
"Because they took my eyes off me and I can't see anymore."
The woman laughed out loud at Briseis.
Briseis strongly removed the hand and threw it into the sink.
She ran out of the bathroom and shouted.
As she ran hse saw the woman come out of the bathroom and spread her hands towards him.
Her hands are chasing her.
"Stop! Stop chasing me. I did nothing wrong." Briseis shouted. "Stop me please!"
Briseis looked at the woman again and still saw her hand chasing him. "
Briseis thought of the book.
She had a hunch that this might be the reason why she was experiencing this thing so while running she opened her bag. She saw the book inside of her bag. She immediately picked it up and threw it out of the building.
She was also running for a few minutes when she stopped.
She looked back and she saw nothing. She thought that the hand of the woman is already gone.
She gasped as she sat on the floor.
"You can't escape!" the woman behind her whispered.
"AAAHHH !!" Briseis shouted and covered her ears.
The guard heard this so he immediately went up to the building to see who's student had not returned home.
