Chapter 114: Kang Da-In

Now imagine my surprise when Seon-Ho's little doll ended up in my new gibang I had just been transferred to from Ihwaru. I had tried to get as much information as I could about him as soon as I was abandoned in Ihwaru but it seems like there was no need. He came in here with that girl he was still obsessed with all the time and her brother, who turned out to be Hui-Jee's man. Only that Hui-Jee girl came to see her as much as she could, I guess that was how she was able to take shelter here instead of becoming a kiseng herself. And she did! She barely opened her mouth, let alone serve anyone but they all just stared at her and barely even looked dat the rest of us, never mind talking to us. She was the new favourite in this big gibang and they went to a lot of lengths to make her talk, he same damned lengths we kisengs had to go through to attract the customers in the first place! I was beginning to loose my reputation amongst all of the kisengs and my clients thanks to her! But no matter, the only person I wanted was finally on her way, and Yeon could have all the men she wanted like the low-born she was.
