Leaving.

Gabriel kept his eyes on the girl. Her sluggish manner of attempting to eat was beginning to rile him up but deep down he was enjoying seeing her like that.. Uncomfortable!

"You know what I love about you, Victoria?" The girl lifted up her eyes to look at him. "You're damn well good at hiding. It took you long enough to finally have me find you."

"Find me?"

"Uh-huh."

"I guess I should not ask why you've been in search of me?"

Once she asked this, she settled her gaze on her food instead. Her spoon dancing in the bowl of cereal was not appealing enough to have her eat it.

Gabriel took a quick stare at her and then settled his back on his chair, legs up the table.

Apparently that meant lunch was over.

As she lifted her eyes to look up at him, he shrugged and said; "Well, you didn't like the food anyway. So I'll have Clementine or Isadora clear it up in a bit."

Elizabeth said nothing at this.
