When I was searching for Elena everywhere I saw her talking to a doctor in an empty corridor, they both looked so close that it didn't look like she was talking to a doctor, I found that suspicious and ran towards them along with three other guards but she shoved that guy away before we catch him.

I tried to catch that guy but he disappeared into the crowd..later I tried to get information out of her but she didn't utter a single word which made me angrier, I immediately took her to the police station to interrogate her so that i can catch the criminal she is protecting ASAP.

After i handed her over to my team, I went to my office and checking information on Blue bears nightclub then my subordinate jack entered my office and handed me a pen drive.

"Here's the hospital's CCTV footage you have asked for officer..and this is Elena miller's file, I must say she has a clean record till now" he said handing me a file.

"ok.. you may leave" I told him and opened the file of Elena miller.

There were some pictures of Elena miller with some school kids, her friends, and her brother, I held a photo of her with her brother and observed him carefully, so much has happened to his sister but still, there is no sign of him, where is he?? where is her friend??

I have checked other details of Elena Miller like her school and college, everything about her appeared normal, there is no sign of any possible criminal activities, she didn't even have a traffic violation charge against her and she had a government official as her relative, she had a good life, why would she be involved in drug business I thought curiously..there is something about her which I can't figure out ... I have to observe her carefully I thought and called jack.

"Jack I want complete information on Xavier miller and Amora Martinez," I said and hung up the call, I took the photo of Elena miller from the file and thought "What are you hiding Elena?? or who are you protecting??"

Meanwhile, one of my teammates knocked on my office door and said "sir..Elena miller is in the interrogation room, you can question her now" at which I nodded while putting her file back on my table, "I am coming.." I said and walked out of my office.

I saw Rachel and jack observing Elena from the other side of the interrogation room through the glass wall "I guess you guys must have made up your theories about her" I said observing Elena " Jack... what do you think about her??" I asked jack at which he observed her for a minute and said " In my 3 years of service, for the first time I am unable to come to a conclusion sir..this girl..this girl..." he hesitated and Rachel interrupted him by saying "Is a money-hungry whore, a very good actor and obviously best at seducing men" she said looking pointedly at jack.

"Hey ..she didn't seduce me ok?? it's just that ..there is something about her which is making me feel that she is not a criminal" he said looking at Elena who's nervously looking around in the interrogation room, my heart agreed with him but my mind didn't because I saw her helping someone escape with my own eyes.

"well let me tell you Jack ..she met a suspicious man secretly in the hospital and helped him escape from the guards, so don't get your hopes high," I told him seriously at which he looked surprised and asked"who's that?? her boyfriend??

"Seems like you are more interested in her relationship status rather than her drug dealings," Rachel said handing me the file of information of drugs we found in her bag and her phone calls list.

I saw her call lists and messages, the last message from some unknown number stating the location of the blue Bears Night Club, her last dialed calls were to Amora Martinez, why did she call Amora before reaching Blue bears night club?? is Amora also involved in this drugs business?? and who sent her the club's location?? this case is really complicated i thought.

"ok guys..listen..as you already know that Elena is a very important clue in Simon Garcia's drug racket case so we have to be very careful this time and keep this girl safe because you know very well what Simon Garcia will do once he finds out that we have his gang member," I told them seriously giving them each a file about the details of the case.

"But captain..how do we know that she is related to Simon Garcia, Blue bears night club officially belongs to benjamin Clarke, what if Elena is not related to Simon Garcia, what if she is just a normal girl who bought drugs in that night club" Jack asked checking the file.

"Good point Jack but don't forget that the drugs we found on her were only traded by Simon's gang in this area, as for Benjamin Clarke he is just a nominal owner but the real owner of that Night club is Simon Garcia. According to our informer an important deal was about to take place last night between Simon Garcia and Benjamin Clarke but they didn't show up for some reason, this girl might definitely know something related to Simon Garcia" I told him but he still looked confused.

"But sir that doesn't make this girl related to Simon Garcia, we didn't find anything which relates her to that drug gang, maybe she might be an addict who does drugs or went there to sell drugs" he reasoned.

"ok..let us assume that you are right ..but to sell or buy such a large amount of drugs she must know someone from Simon's gang right," I said and he nodded in understanding

"There is still time to produce her in the court and if she is related to Simon Garcia he would definitely try something in the meantime .but for now, I will have a nice chat with this girl, I am sure she will spill some information," I said taking her phone records from jack.

I have entered the interrogation room and saw her sitting alone quietly, I felt something in my heart when I saw her sitting nervously in that dark room, am I feeling pity for her?? but I was angry with her an hour ago right!!.what's with these mixed feelings I am getting whenever I see this girl. Am I that weak-hearted to treat her differently from other criminals just because she is looking innocent ?? what if it's all a facade?? i mean I saw her meeting someone secretly with my own eyes, why would she do that if she is not guilty, I have to be more careful and more strict with this girl I thought and sat before her.

"Now let's start talking shall we.." i said opening her file "So you are a school teacher by day and a drug dealer by night huh.." I asked looking into her eyes but she didn't say anything and lowered her head.

"since how long have you been doing this business??" i asked her looking for a reaction but she still stayed silent.

"Do you know Simon Garcia??" I asked her observing carefully for any sign of change in her demeanor, she fisted her hands and shook her head in a no still looking down, "answer me goddamn it?" I yelled, she flinched and shrank away like a rabbit,if I didn't find drugs on her, i would have thought that she is an innocent delicate girl .

"Enough with your act, I am tired of it already, tell me to whom you were selling drugs that night?? or are you buying them?? do you know anyone from Simon Garcia's gang ??" I asked her but she didn't say anything still looking down.

"I am really curious about something..its been 8 hours since you got arrested, why didn't any of your family members show up till now?? where is your brother huh??" I asked her curiously, she suddenly looked up fear evident in her eyes " my..my..my brother doesn't know anything, please don't involve him" she said almost pleading, whoa..finally she showed some reaction, so her family is her weak point huh..

"We tried to reach your friend Ms.Amora Martinez but we didn't find her at her home, where is she?? is she also involved in this business?? did she escape??" I asked her and she got panicked"no sir, she doesn't know anything, please leave my brother and Amora out of this, they are innocent" she requested, I took a closer look at her innocent eyes, there is sincerity in her eyes but all the evidence proves her guilty.

"It's my job to declare them innocent, now tell me where did you get those drugs??" i asked her and again she fell silent, this girl will drive me crazy I thought, Jack entered inside and whispered in my ear that they brought Amora Martinez and she is waiting in my office.

"ok.. I will leave Elena to you then, you try and see if you can get any information out of her" I said and went to my office to see a blond-haired girl. I went and sat in my chair and gestured for her to sit.

"So..Ms.Martinez..I am sure you are aware of why you were called here right??" I said observing her carefully she didn't flinch nor stutter, she looked into my eyes confidently and said " I saw the news today morning, I felt bad for what happened with Elena, we have been colleagues for more than a year, I have never thought she would be involved with people like these.."

"Hmm..isn't it surprising that you have no idea about what she has been doing since you are best friend and her brother's girlfriend" I asked observing for any change in her expression but she didn't change her expression and said" well she is not my best friend..she is just a friend since we are working at the same school and yes I have dated her brother but we broke up long back"

"you broke up with him??..is it because you found him involving in any illegal things??" I asked at which she shook her head and said"No Mr.smith...i broke up with him because things didn't work out between us just like a normal couple,i don't have any idea about him doing anything illegal"

"you were the last person whom Elena has contacted before entering the club, why would she call you when she was about to do a drug deal??" at that she flinched a little and composed herself.

"well we made a plan to go for clubbing together but because of my father's health condition I didn't make it so maybe she might have called me for that" she told me convincingly, we already made a background check on her, and it's true that her father was undergoing treatment, but something about her perfect answers made me feel a little suspicious of her, she has an answer for everything like she has prepared for this.

"Ok Ms.Martinez thank you for coming.. you may go, I hope you will help us in the future if we need any information regarding this case" I told her getting up and extended my hand, she stood up and shook my hand "My pleasure Mr.smith," she said smiling and walked out, her colleague and friend got arrested but she didn't seem affected by the news, she has an answer for every question, something about this girl is not right I thought and called Jack to my office.

"Jack..I want you to follow Ms.Martinez for a week and find information about her activities" I told him and opened the CCTV footage,i observed the mysterious guy entering the hospital wearing a cap and a face mask, but he looked familiar like I have seen him somewhere, so I have zoomed the screen and noticed a small cross tattoo on his neck.

I picked the photo of Elena and her brother and saw the same tattoo on her brother "so.. it was your brother huh..why would he meet you secretly?? and where is he now??" I wondered and picked my phone dailing my friend's number.
