Oleksiy Vlad was shocked when he heard the punishment. He opened his mouth trying to offer a price for his life, but would Bones let go of such an opportunity. The hunter took out a silver dagger and just as the former opened his mouth, the dagger pierced from below his jaw and penetrated the tongue.

Bones grabbed Oleksiy's bloodied tongue with his fingers and reaped it off, leaving the guy with screams of agony. The silver dagger was still stuck inside the jaw wound. the hunter glanced at Victoria and said, "We are the same now. he killed our mothers, do you still want to be easy on him?"

The girl said, "Elders, I have decided the punishment for Oleksiy Vlad." her voice was calm and stable. She spoke as she wiped off the tear in her eye.

The elder nodded, and the girl continued, "I want him to beg for death but he should not get it. Death is too easy of a punishment for this scum. Everlasting torture and agony are what he should suffer."

Bones however shook his head. But it was too late to do anything. Victoria has spoken up. The elders nodded and said, "Remove his spine and cast the curse on him, even if he replaces the spine, it will rot in a week. The curse will last for eternity."

Vampires can stay alive without a spine. They can also replace bones inside their bodies if they are inflicted with poison or a curse such as this one. But the pain would make them go crazy. Bones sighed and pulled out his dagger from Oleksiy's mouth. He stabbed the root of his spine and slowly removed it from his body. Sarina helped him holding down Oleksiy.

She nailed his hands to the ground with silver nails as long as 6 inches. Victoria almost puked at such a scene, but she controlled herself. This was the first time when she witnessed something like this. Her hatred for Oleksiy prevailed over her faint heart.

Bones cast a curse seal inside Oleksiy's wound. He cut his finger and his blue blood trickled down his finger, falling right on the curse seal. The seal glowed as Bones muttered some words in an unknown language.

Bones sorted his hair and walked up to Victoria. The elders had already left the hall when they saw Oleksiy Vlad getting the curse seal. When the drop of blue blood fell on the curse seal. It made it an eternal Curse, because Bones may be a half breed, but he is the son of the progenitor.

He came to the downcast girl. he took out a chocolate from his coat pocket magically and said, "My mother used to say, when you feel down, eat chocolate. It has the power to blow away your sorrows. I believed in her and did cast away the sorrows. Would you like to try as well?" his voice has been softer then Victoria can ever remember.

She gazed at his eyes and saw they were not cold anymore. She raised her hand and took the bar of chocolate from him. Bones said, "We are same to same now, Victoria. We both hate our fathers. What I do not understand is why did you spare him? Do you really think that Oleksiy Vlad will be dealt so easily."

Victoria did not say anything. She could not come up with anything. Just when she was about to say something a roar echoed throughout the place. "MAGICAL CREATURES INSIDE, THE LIGHT SAINTS HAVE SURROUNDED THIS PLACE. COME OUT."

Bones held onto Victoria's hand and vanished from the place.
