Lingering With A Fox #2

Dara couldn't believe just what she read. The polite-looking man was rating boobs. "OMG, how many women have sent him their boobs picture?" She suddenly felt disgusted by that man, felt like she wanted to puke.

Dara replied to him, "I don't think I want, or need you to rate my body, thanks anyway."

"Okay, I don't force anyone to do it, though. It's fine."

Dara closed the room of that man and sighed sharply, remembering her coach-to be that's literally polite to her. Still couldn't believe what kind of conversation she had. Dara went back wandering around on the app and surprisingly meeting the bald man in the proper suit once again. "He looks nice though," she thought, but she passed him away one more time and just missing her nice K.

It was somewhere late in the morning, and that meant that was K's morning. Dara felt excited when she finally received his message. That meant she could stop wandering around while waiting for him to wake up.

"Good morning, Dara," K greeted her.

"Good morning, K, how are you?"

"I'm good, just woke up, it's early here."

"Yeah, right. But anyway, I have to go to kids school to fetch them soon."

"Oh, right, your kids."

"Yeah, haha. Anyway, I've been online here while you were sleeping earlier, and I met some weirdos, omg!"

"Hahaha… What kind of weirdos?"

"The last one was a man that rating boobs."

"Oh. Be careful, sometimes there are scammers here."

"Scammers?"

"Yeah, people that are lying about their jobs or profession, and use it to trick you," K warned her.

Chill ran down her spine in an instant.

"What does he mean by trick?" she thought but she didn't write it down.

"Thank you for your warning, K."

"Sure, honey."

"Oh, K, you said you wanted to give me some shopping list?"

"Oh right. But I just woke up, so maybe I will write to you later when my brain works properly."

"Hahaha, okay then, I will go for kids now."

"Okay, take care."

That was their fourth day talking and K was always as polite as he was on the first day. And Dara kept shivering, remembering the scamming topic she had with K. But Dara has truly trust K, it's been days and he stays the same as he was in the beginning.

Dara came home with Bethany slept in her arms as usual. She littered her chubby face with kisses and woke her up for some treats while waiting for the lunch to be ready. Christian was already freshening up and changed his uniform with a set of animal-themed home suit.

He came to the living room with two packs of milk for himself and Bethany. "Come on, baby, let's fresh you up and change your clothes for the milk, shall we?" Dara said while kissing Beth's sleepy face then raised her and took her to the bathroom for a quick wash, then sent her back to the living room then left for the kitchen with her phone in her hand.

She unlocked her phone and saw so many messages from K only. She was a bit curious about what did he send. "Ah! The list! Omg, this much?" Dara talked to herself reading his messages. "This man is different," that's how Dara convinced herself and always ended up smiling in the last days.

"Hello there," she replied.

"That was quite of the list, K!" She continued, because K was not online, she believed it was his time driving off to work.

"I'm preparing lunch, I will read everything on the list, later on, thank you so much anyway."

She read the list one more time and saw some of the unfamiliar stuff then put the phone down. She was so enthusiastic to learn the list and get all of the stuff that she will need for her weight loss program with K.

It's late in the afternoon, the next day after Dara learned and discussed the list with K. Dara is examining Christian's homework while her children are enjoying Friday's ice cream with chocolate chips and cereal sprinkles and smoothies. Singapore and Greece have 5 hours time difference, so it's around lunch break for Dara's new coach.

K's message pops up greeting her, "good afternoon, Dara." Her cheeks bloom happily as she starts to type to him back. They are going to make the meal plan for Dara today for her start next Monday.

"Did you get everything on the list?" He asks.

"I have most of them, but the vinegar, salt and shilajit are still on their way to me. I hope they will arrive before Monday," Dara replied in a bit of doubt.

"Oh, it's okay, don't worry, babe."

"Hmm, anyway, K, it's been a while and I still not knowing your real name."

"Oh, is that so important?"

"Well, it's a bit strange sometimes, to call you only with K."

"Hahaha, right, it's just a random username."

''Soo… can I know your real name? You know mine."

"My real name is Thimeos."

Dara a bit amazed knowing his name.

"Thimeos? Wow, it's a very unique name!"

"Oh really? Well, thank you, haha."

"Yes, really."

"One more thing about your weight loss program, babe. We will do some measurements."

"Okay boss!" Dara answers eagerly.

It's just a bit past dinner time when Eric comes home and goes straight to the bathroom. Dara and Thimeos have been talking for a few hours with some gaps when Dara has to do some house chores or deal with her children.

"Hey, my husband just arrived home," she said with a slight frown because she doesn't want to end the talk between them.

"Oh, okay then, see you tomorrow?" He answers.

"Yes, Thimeos, see you tomorrow." Dara put the sad emoji at the end of her sentence.

"Haha, don't be like that, babe, don't worry, I understand." His words just always enlightened her, in any way.

Then he continues, "don't forget the measurement as I told you earlier."

"Of course."

"And one more, to make it easier for you, just call me Tim."

"Aww, okay!" Just like a teenager falling in love, small things that come from Tim earn her smiles.

Tim ends the conversation with a picture of himself. It's a collaged picture, made of two different pictures of his physical changes. The left one is a picture of him when he was in an obese state with a huge potbelly. The right one is a picture of him now with his six-pack abs.

"What a man!" Dara says while putting her phone down to go prepare Eric's dinner.
