Chapter 3: Never is forever

Wu's intolerable condition was unbearable for Hirai.

Hirai heard everything what did he discovered till now.

To ease his pain, he went to Fleur high school, he has a friend out there an official who can share the necessary informations that Wu could not hold on to as a detective Xinjiang Wu.

Hirai kept to secret to Wu because he is losing his mental state over his first case.

He is not to himself.

Hirai is afraiding that when Wu finds out the killer, he can kill that monster with his own hands and dumps it in that lakeside where Fleur died.

To make her and her mother happy.

Hirai can't help to think about that Italian boy's cousin sister, he needs to know her name.

Somewhat may, it is looking a bit of outrageous disgust of love and betrayal sort of things but who betrayed whom exactly here.

Moreover to say Fleur was the victim in every possible conditions, no one else.

As a precautionary measure of that cousin sister, what types of psychological binds can be like that. If he even try to console and convince himself with moral aspects and humanity, still it's not presumptuous enough.

He hold up to his thoughts of justification then gone to meet his friend.

Asked the door man of the high school office.

Itsuki Tanaka, I am here to meet him, could you please tell him that Eiichi Hirai, his friend came here to visit him, I have previous appointments with him, thank you for asking.

The door man went for few minutes then came to fetch me inside.

It was a long time since I met him last, both of us got busy with our working life, never really looked forward to meet, well, now it is a good opportunity.

Tanaka, graciously accepted me, when he saw I was coming to his way.

I shared my sudden unexpected visits in his school and ask for his help to share me, my necessary inquiries.

I showed him the pictures of her friends and asked him to provide me information about them.

He said, I have heard about this Fleur, it's a latest gossip in our office but I have no idea that you are in it.

We doesn't know the details but is it true that she and her mother were murdered in the caravan but nothing in the local newspaper?

Hirai then confessed to his childhood friend, the necessities of shutting up the whole situation.

Tanaka is not convinced but he helped him anyway. He thought of these informations might be needed in time.

That Italian kid, is not coming back after all, especially after knowing what just happened to his girlfriend.

Hirai surprised at first, who is this kid? Is he related with our case?

Tanaka says, yes, he is the boyfriend of Fleur, Ciro Rossi.

He is a common rich kid from Italy, living with his parents, came here from his home with his scholarship when he falls in love with Fleur.

Unfortunately, both of his parents died in road accidents, to ensure their peace, he had to went back and uphold their rest of the belongings.

He had to inherit their everything and come back to finish his scholarship degrees.

He loved Fleur very much that's for sure, he even called her in their office to know about her wellbeing when he got the news of her sudden unexpected death.

And about his cousin sister, he didn't show any interest on her and never even asked about her.

Hirai then asks Tanaka, could you share some informations about his cousin sister? Where do she live?

Tanaka then adds, she is the student of science department, senior student, fond of studying biology and chemistry, most of her time she spends in our school lab.

Nozomi Sato is her name, you probably can find her in our lab. Let me introduce her to you or she can refuse to meet you, saying Tanaka.

Hirai getting more and more excited about the whole case. He is suspecting Nozomi but he didn't tell about his suspicions to Wu.

Nozomi is working on their school lab as Tanaka said. She was not alone there, she has her other friends there too.

Very serious kind of girl she is, one of the brilliant student. In the end of her graduation she will be send to one of very well known scholar who are living and working in abroad. She will work as his assistant with him, she is not interested in boys nor too much friendly with girls as we have known from her friends.

Then why did she accused Fleur like that? Did bad behaviour when she shared about her pregnancy test?

Very rude and cruel indeed. As it seemed, she doesn't have any kinds of interest on her cousin's family or life. She didn't call him for once to know about his wellbeing.

Hirai introduces himself to Nozomi, asked her if she knew anything about Fleur.

In return what she said was not expected or accepted by Hirai at any cause.

Nozomi said, I have not that much of time to know about her and gatherings gossip on her. I am working on my scholarship that helps me to be with my cousin as a sister to help him out in his lonely life.

But I heard a rumour about her....hesitating to share at first with Hirai.

Hirai then encouraged her to get free with him that would be helpful for the case.

Then Nozomi added, she was secretly in love with a married man and he made herself pregnant.

Hirai asked, then what did you do about the rumours?

Nothing actually but I didn't care to share this information with my cousin brother. It could break his innocent ignorance about girls.

I knew she was not right for my cousin brother from the start and she proved me right.

Hirai tried his best to help himself to get hold on to his temper and thanked her for sharing her valuable informations.

On the other part of the world, detective Xinjiang Wu can't sleep around on his work, waiting for Hirai as he said to wait before doing any further investigations on the locals.

He said he has some kind of a surprise for him.

Wu then went for few minutes to walk around that lakeside where Fleur founded dead.

He was facing the lake, allowing air to play with his hair, sadly frustrated about his career choice where his hands are lawfully tied.

He can't imagine the way human can be cruel to someone else without being a psychotic.

His interest on this criminology subject was not a choice of an innocent puberty or a blissful memoir of anything.

He struggled a lot to be the man he is in his age. He was born in very different type of atmosphere where all kinds of human snuggles around with each others life for an amusement.

Lived with women of ill fame, learned to live around with them, knew their ways of dreadful undying devotions to human kind.

One of his known from those woman died during serving her experiences in exchange of money, just to survive of course like others.

Her eyes were still open when she died just like Fleur which were filled with a surprise depressing agonies of sadness.

She was an educated woman but society compressed her to that level where she became one of those.

Not everyone is capable of doing everything nor people keeps them even if they wanted to work for them. Tragic reality and suspended reality of morals.

She loved a man who get married with a noble woman of the society.

She sold her services from the evening till he came to her.

Every after midnight he came to visit her when everyone was fallen to sleep.

Then all of a sudden, he stopped visiting her the rumour was drifting in the air that he got married and never going to return.

No one was curious until she founded dead one day in her room but then it was too late.

He still feels bad about those people he knew. Wu really loved that woman in his early 20's when he was still a very young adult. She was his teacher.

During day time she kept him in her room, hid him from other friends of hers, fed him any good things she ever could have, gave him gentleman's clothing that he couldn't afford to at that age.

Before the very day of her death, Wu could still remember her like yesterday, she cried a lot by holding his hands and kissed his hands to say farewell to him.

At first, he didn't understand why then she said to Wu that he was going to Japan for further education to her one of the noble friend's house.

He was a professor with higher degrees who was willing to inherit him under his noble wings.

Wu was going to help him as an assistant. He would take care of his educational and professional life.

After that, Wu didn't have to look back, from where he came upto now.

Her death worked as an inspiration to him. He left for Japan after burying her to the general public cemetery.

She paid everything and arranged for him, to be the man Wu ever wanted to be.

Wu's parents were busy with their own life to make, everyday it was became a nightmare to accept the failure that the society gave them in gracious hands.

Despite of those facts, Wu turned into a very good in his academic studies which was later backed up by his only love of his life. His parents didn't hesitate the generosity nor they hold him back from getting progress.

Wu keeps his families whereabouts in every now and then which he doesn't like to share with anyone.

They all survived the struggles and keeps on going to fight back with failure the society wants to give.

They have their own business to go more further and left alone Wu to his ventures.

Thinking about his love in that dark night. Taking deep breath from the lake under the open horizon where moon is shining like a precious pearl.

Thence he hears that melancholy familiar song again. He listened to that song somewhere before.

He is walking forward for the inquiries to find out the source of it when he finds her that little girl swimming in the lake in the middle of the night under the moonlight.

His watch stopped his timing. He didn't grasp it when did it stop.

He waited for that girl to come to him from the lake water but she didn't cared to end her swimming for him.

Later on, he joined her there for a swim. It was a hot day, a swim in the cold water of the lake is not going to tired him.

In that circumstances, he discovered himself alone in the lake.

She was a deep swimmer, swimming like a dolphin in the lake when he decided to be with her, to get to know her, to end his own curiosity of her presence and that song.....very harmonious but in his complete utterance she just avoided him as it seemed.

She is wearing her that dress in front of him. Her slender thin body glowing in the light of moon.

He came back as fast as he could to catch her. She have done with herself when Wu hold her one of the hand before she runaway again from him.

She is very cold in her wet body, too cold for him, water is falling from her glossy hair, she is upto his chest. Her eyes are glowing too by the light of the moon.

Wu can see the moonlight in her eyes. It amazes him, the wonder of creationism.

He hold himself from admiring her beauty at that young of her age and request her to stay until he can share few words with her.

At first, Wu thought she probably can't talk but she surprised him after few moments of time she started to share about herself. Her name is Zi Xu.

Zi Xu was born in a very a family where money was not an option but it was a necessity.

Her father always yonder about a boy to carry out his legacy. Zi Xu was her first born child.

However, it turned out he was not capable of having one. He blamed her wife for that and allowed his pupils to make her go through all the necessary superstious activities.

Though, he himself was not a religious people but making his wife to pray to God for a boy was easiest task for him.

Her mother prayed day and night, went through every possible rituals, even wore talisman but still no use, she gave another daughter.

Her mother was so afraid that her father might have married someone else, to ensure that he should not do so, she used to gave him a sleeping power at the night from her very well known herbalist.

It was between her mother and her herbalist then oneday that herbalist fell in love with her mother's beauty and the way she loved her husband who was not care of her love.

He gave her same sleeping dose for several nights and made her pregnant while her husband too was sleeping under her supervision.

Her father had no idea about any of those.

That herbalist turned out to be a jealous lover of my mother, he increased the dose of sleeping as an excuse of felony because her father was not accepting his two daughters to carry out his family legacy.

Every day it was chaotic retribution. Her mother was founded pregnant without both of their acknowledgements which created more disbelief, distrust and betrayal among them both. Mother could not explain to her husband exactly when did that happened with him.

Her mother was beginning to share every little detail with her herbalist which helped him to overdosed to her father along with his two daughters.

Zi Xu is crying after saying that. Wu is not ready for this kind of love and jealousy.

Zi Xu then started to laugh at loud at him to give him a heart attack if possible for seeing a ghost or something close to it.

She says more, after killing me, my sister and my father and my mother was returned from her deep sleep.

She understood what happened to all of us, she became mentally mad after few months then lost to her disposition and killed her herbalist by his own medicines.

They who founded him dead, was fainted at the sight of his dead body because it was puffed up by the excessive chemical reactions. No one doubted my father though because she was in her psychological disorders.

Later on, she had suicide herself.

After a long pose for listening her sides of the story, Wu gets the courage to ask her, then why are you following me for? I thought you knew something about the case I am in right now.

Zi then gently smiles with eyes full of apologetic sadness at him and says I know what you can't comprehend.

Zi then heed him with her information. It was she.

Wu asks who? That cousin sister.

Zi is smiling with satisfaction and nods yes, she and her boyfriend.

Boyfriend? Where could I find him?

Zi says with smiling face you can't, he died yesterday, Nozomi killed him with drugs overdosed at his apartment.

He was a rich punk who loves to do misdeeds with another for fun. She was his easy way to handover the drugs from her laboratory.

Then why didn't we founded any semen in her mother's body? Did he raped anyone of them because they were raped said Wu.

Zi looks at him with her questionable eyes, you tell me, how does it possible?

Zi then adds, Nozomi is her name, she is a lesbian or you can say interested in both, her first crush was Fleur, she loved her from the first day she entered into the school but Fleur accidentally fell for her cousin brother Ciro who was newcomer at that time.

Out of jealousy and hatred, she had done what she thought she had to do. It was nothing for her as a student of science who loves biology, mostly, Zi smirking and says, woman's body.

That's explain the difference between saliva samples, it was not matching with any man or woman we think of or could separate it. I have sent it again for the DNA checking to finding out the gender of that saliva if possible.

He did it first then waited for her at the outside caravan then she did what she had to do and both of them took that child with them but he didn't know what she did to Fleur or her mother.

Zi adds more, she could do better you know if she wants to, throwing it in the lake with stones, buried it in lakeside or cut it into pieces that drained the baby's body or can just blamed it to her ex boyfriend, he get murdered, yesterday. Who could imagine it without me witnessing their crime, there is no way to capture her unless you can locate the body of the child.

Later perhaps, Nozomi will become a fine murderer, someday.

Wu then says, there will be no next time or later refinements of her pure brutal cruelty.

Do you know where that dead baby's body is hidden?

Zi pressing her lips against one with another then adds, yes, I know, she kept it as her beloved lover's remembrance.

It is in her own fridge which was kept underneath her bed.

The final most waited day had come when Hirai calls Wu.

Instantly when Wu take Hirai's call, Zi left him.

Hirai informed him about his side of informations then Wu told him to write an arrest warrant on Nozomi's name for murdering Fleur, her mother and their two babies.

Hirai asks him, are you sure about this? How could you provide the evidence?

Wu says, I have my ways, you just write it and meet me on Nozomi's place. Give me her address.

Hirai then like a faithful obedient friend gave him her address and pledged to meet with him at her place but in one condition he have to be correct about his suspicions.

Wu assured him, he will prove it but he should not share this informations, particularly about the arrest warrant against Nozomi with anyone till he proves it.

It's for an emergency situation.
