Chapter 15 A butler demon?

'Oh, a demon huh?' Zero muttered.

Zero asked, "So, who are you?"

The demon answered "I'm one of the Primordial Demons. As for the name, I don't have anything, so it's up to you master t you should call me."

Zero asked "Oh so there's more Primordial Demons? How many Primordials are there?"

The demon answered, "There are seven Primordial Demons."

Zero asked again "In terms of strength, what's your ranking?"

The demon answered, "Unfortunately, I'm only second in terms of strength."

"Oh, so who's the first one?" Zero asked

"They call him 'Greed' " the demon answered.

Zero is shocked but his expression didn't show any shock and he muttered

'Eh, that man is the strongest Primordial? So this demon in front of me is the strongest Primordial Demon now or not? Because he's sleeping for a very long time. The other Primordial Demons could catch up in him.

Zero said "To be honest, I'm just bored and I used summoning magic to waste my time. And I also know that it will be hard to bring you back to where you came from. So I can only offer you that I can become your Master and live here in the human realm. I know all of your kind loves fighting, but in this world, you can't encounter many occasions where you can engage in a fight and most of the enemies here can't satisfy you."

The demon smiled and answered "No, Master, serving someone like you will be the greatest pleasure of my life. Please let this lowly being serve you."

Zero nodded and said

"You should also seal about half of your power. And change your appearance into a human to avoid trouble. After that, we will do a [Soul Contract]."

Then the demon transformed to his human form. Its human form is just like his demon form but without the horns and his pale skin.

He looks like a normal college student with a black suit and black pants. His hair is black and his eyes are blood red. After that, he sealed half of his power by wearing two earrings that he got from his pocket. His silver earrings have a small cross.

Zero said "Then I shall give you a name first before doing [Soul Contract.] Hmm, how about Diablo?"

The demon lowered his head and said "From now on until the day I die, my name will be Diablo."

Then Zero proceeded in the [Soul Contract].

After 5 minutes the [Soul Contract] is finished.

Zero asked Diablo "Why did you choose to fall into a slumber?"

Diablo answered "A very long time ago, me and Greed fought. We're evenly matched at that time. We're fighting for a year I guess? He won because I'm not the type who engages in long-term fights. After that fight, we're both badly injured and I decided to sleep to recuperate. But when I'm about to fall into my slumber, I heard that Greed was attacked by God and sealed him! And after that, God brought him into a different world with a very vast land where only him is the living existence. Forgive me Master, but that's all I know."

In other words, Greed was taken advantage of by God while he is in his weak state. And that's also the time Diablo fell into his slumber.

Zero asked again "Why 'God' sealed him?"

Diablo answered "Because he can see that Greed is a threat if he let him Greed grow stronger. And I can say that Greed is a cheat because of his ability [Devour] that let him grow stronger as long as there is an enemy that he can devour and he can take the strength and the abilities of the enemy he devoured and make it his power."

Zero nodded to Diablo's words.

Zero sealed again most of his power and wore his ring. Zero's thinking about what job Diablo should do in his house. Butler? No, no, no a civil servant doesn't need a butler. Zero thought that he will become a lazy ass if he makes him his butler. So he just decided to make him as a guard.

Zero decided to teach Diablo about Earth. Zero teaches him about technologies, about dungeons, about his work, and other more information about this world. At first, Diablo is shocked about Zero's work, but Zero explained to him that he's tired of fighting and Diablo understands.

At the same time, Reno and Aviz are still in the mall buying clothes. Reno is at the center of attention because of her beauty. Some tried to forcibly get her, but she just unleashed her killing intent on them and they fainted. Aviz won't care less because he knows that Reno can take care of herself unless an Elder Dragon appeared. Many thought that they are couples but Aviz and Reno just ignored it. They continued going around the mall.

(At Zero's house)

After an hour, Zero is finally finished explaining to Diablo. Zero muttered 'This will be the last time I'm explaining how this world works.' Zero inwardly sighed.

After 30 minutes, Aviz and Reno are back. When Aviz and Reno arrived they saw Diablo besides Zero. Reno asked "Master, who is he? And he is a demon?"

Before Zero can speak Diablo said "Fufufu, so this is my subordinates that Master told me. Master gave me the name Diablo. Please take care of me."

Zero said "So as he said, he is Diablo. I summoned him. I know that you felt about what I did recently. I remove my seal to use the highest level of Summoning Magic because I have nothing to do. Then just like that, I summoned one of the Primordial Demons."

Reno and Aviz were stunned at how casually Zero said that he summoned a Primordial Demon because he is very bored. Primordial Demons are the first demons that existed in this world! No one knows how strong is a single Primordial Demon. Fortunately, they don't wreak havoc just for fun or probably because they are tired of doing it. After all, they are already doing it for a very long time. But who knows?

Reno and Aviz inwardly sighed.

Then Reno introduced herself "I'm Reno, the Mother of all spirits."

Aviz introduced himself to "I'm Avizandum, the leader of Ancient Dragons."

Diablo said "Oh, as expected of Master's subordinates. The leader of Ancient Dragons and Mother of all spirits huh."

Zero said "We're still not taking a lunch, how about we eat outside. Oh, Aviz and Reno have you already eaten while you're out?"

Aviz and Reno shakes their head

Zero said "Then let's go to a restaurant. And it's also an opportunity for Diablo to go sightseeing."

Then the four come out of the house and find a taxi that they can ride.
