Chapter 50 - Administrators

Issei silently stood as he was shifted into different plains than before. It was clearly not Azazel workshop as only white void could be seen as far as one could see. However, it was accompanied by an infinite amount of golden runes that were foreign to anyone continuously radiate holy aura that one would feel at peace.

Issei felt bewildered from where he was and stayed vigilant unsure what to come but he suddenly heard a voices and turn that cause his eye to widen.

"Hahaha, finally we can get to see each other!"

A young boy with five pairs of angel wings while two on it's short golden hair like a horns. He had deep blue eyes and four golden bracelets in each limb that had runic symbols wearing a white toga with only one side cover while the other showed a purple tattoo reaching below his eyes.

He was hovering then encircle Issei scanning his whole body. Issei remained calm not sensing any ill intent from him. A young female voices that reminded of Serafall spoke causing him to turn.

"So he's the one father trusted to be our new master!? Hello there I'm Ciel!"

It was a young woman whose lower half of her face was the only visible as it was covered with a golden visor that looked like a wing. She has twin tail blonde hair that had pink ribbon wrapping around it with runic symbol wearing gold, purple and iron armor over her white and pink mini skirt.

She approached Issei doing the same as the young boy causing Issei to stared at her. Ciel looked exactly Serafall with the magical girl get up.

"Enough you two! Can't you see his feel a bit uneasy from what you are doing?"

The one who spoke had similar design with iron visor hiding her beautiful face as her left side had wing theme armor-wearing a skintight white skinny outfit. She had four pairs of wings and pink tenne hovering while wrapping around her arms that contain runic symbols.

Her voice was mature and elegant that Issei felt like she was mother when smiling at him. The two other angel stopped return to her as the last person came to focus.

It was man with purple visor hiding his face and had eights wings with two wrapped around his waist and another two over his should while the rest was spread. He had black left arms that had purple transparent shield whole the left had gold bracelet and iron boots. The most prominent is the golden ribbon wrap around his chest having the same strange runes as the rest.

"Greetings Issei we have been expecting you. I amaze you mange to reach this place in short amount of time."

Issei who was remained silent decided to speak as he had many questions needed to be answered. The man happy obliged after creating chairs and tables to sit.

"First of all, My name is sariel while this woman here is Celestiel and the two is Altariel and Ciel."

"It's a pleasure meet you but I must ask where this place is? If I have to guess the sacred gear system?"

"That is correct, Issei-sama. We are what you call the administrator and this places is the data of Sacred gear system. No, Michael doesn't know about us or even any seraph and the reason we now exist is because father gave you the full access unlike Michael."

"I see. Tell me everything about his place and its function. Additionally, tell me about God of the bible prior to your creation."

Sariel nodded and told everything about the place. It was dimension only access by Issei in his mindscape and gain control over any Sacred gear that will be given to humans. Issei learns that he can easily replicate on how specific sacred gear abilities such as True Longinus.

"Yeah we will act as your personal assistant in create sacred gear and we can give it to anyone you wish. However, bare in mind you need specific material and power to do so. The most important factor is faith in creating sacred gear."

"Faith? How do I obtain something like that?"

"It is either you gain by being worship by followers or….used that power of yours as substitute."

If Great red and Ophis had [Dream] and [Infinite] then Issei has the power of [Hope] that increase the odds of anything Issei desire be it winning in an impossible scenario. It was due to his [Hope] that he still alive and able return back in time.

"Yeah lets begin making stuff since its so boring waiting for you to come here."(Altariel)

"Hahaha don't fret, once you wake up we will assist you. Furthermore, you can summon anytime you wish as We can be considered as a familiar."

Issei nodded as he began to disintegrate into golden particle and woke up seeing Azazel who had his eyebrow up.

"Did something happened? You were off for few seconds."

He heard Sariel spoke from his mind similar to the mysterious voice. Issei shook his head to Azazel telling him that his trying to think what kind of Sacred gear he'll make.

Issei thought about a weapon which led him to creating spear similar the Longinus but with different design. He then grabbed few materials and began to forge a spear with two prone style. It was the based before adding features and ability.

He followed instruction from Sariel who help guide in forging it unconsciously adding his [Hope] believing in himself. Azazel watch feeling a thick aura coming out of Issei then being consume by his creation.

Five hours had passed that Issei finally finish the crimson two prone Longinus who was radiating thicker power than the True Longinus. The spear which contains the power of [Nihility] along with [Infinite], [Dream] and [Hope] then it would be the most powerful sacred gear in existences.

Far from Issei, the heaven began to frantically calm the Sacred gear system from the anomaly that had been happening but the sources still couldn't be found leading them to give up and focus more in the possible peace treaty proposed by Sirzechs and Azazel.

Back to Issei, who stared intently at the spears quickly teleported from he was to vast grassland testing the weapon. He spun it around doing few move set that swiftly slices the small grass while released pressure that cause the near by trees to be cleanly slice. Afterwards, he levitate the spear that instantly grew in size of hundred meter then slice the tip of the mountain.

"Nice this weapon truly powerful! It helps mediate my erasure to minimal but precise power."

"Its still need some improvement therefore doesn't need a name."

Issei finish his testing and went back where Azazel waiting for him. He began questioning what happened and explain everything excluding about the administrators.
