Chapter 19

Derrick was the one on the wheel when the car started shaking, they were crossing the restricted area for all magical students.

"Guys, something is wrong we need to pullover." Derrick said beginning to worry .The car windows were now cracking and a transparent like wall was seen. The car couldn't be stopped and was shaking endlessly as its parts were breaking one by one.

"This car is going to explode!!!we need to jump out now!!!!" Derrick screamed out loud opening the door while the car was still moving and he jumped out. The Misdkoza brothers did the same and they all jumped out , the car went on moving followed by a huge explosion. Derrick laid unconscious on the road while everyone else tried getting up. They went to where he was, he had an injury and was bleeding but he was still breathing.

The Dirak's were aware of an attempt of someone trying to cross to the restricted side. They arrived at the place just after the explosion.

The Misdkoza brothers were all trying to help their friend Derrick. They also had some injuries.

"Why am I not surprised to see you again!" Manak said looking at them.

"He needs to be taken to the hospital, please help!" Hunkins said in worry.

Mark came closer to where Derrick was laying and after checking his pulse he carried him up.

"I will be taking care of this one" he said holding him in his arms.

"He is innocent and knows nothing. This was all our plan" John explained themselves. The Dirak's looked at them in abhor. Mark disappeared leaving the three boys with his brothers.

"You never listen do you!" Manak said punching Hunkins. "wasting our time!"

Hunkins fell down not strong enough to get back at him.

"Manak, enough lets take them to the next level of discipline it's quite clear they learned nothing from their first punishment.

The Misdkoza brothers were taken to a different place, it was still part of the school but this place looked extreme dangerous. They were not given a chance to explain themselves, they clearly knew it was not allowed to leave the school premises until they were done with school or unless they were sent outside for a mission under the school.

This was the place the second level of training was located, and this place was more strict. The Misdkoza brother's were thrown into a cell and the next cell to theirs had some young teenagers who seemed mentally disturbed.

The temperatures at the place were very cold intentionally meant to serve as punishment, the cold temperatures caused pain to anyone who was in those cells , the people on the next cells were turning blue due to the cold and there lips were so dry it was like a slow death. The Misdkoza's brothers flesh started reacting to the cold , and they could feel the pain in their flesh and even the bones. Hunkin's suggested they come close to each other in form of a group hug to keep warm. They all come closer and stretched their arms to each other.

"That wont work , the cold will still catch to you soon boys" one of the guards passing by doing his check-up said to them. The boys kept on holding each other and the guard walked away shaking his head. Their crown tattoo's lighted in a gold colour and their body temperature's were getting back to normal. They each noticed their glowing crowns and stayed intact on the hug.

"Something is happening with the tattoos" Hunkins said.

"I think it's the one keeping us warm , let's try separating and see what happens" Meshack suggested and they now drifted away from each other.

"You are right I don't feel the cold" John said excitedly.

Lorna's tattoo was also glowing and started feeling very warm, she pushed the duvet away, but that was not working she couldn't sleep as the temperature raised even more. She removed her hood and went out to get some fresh hair. Mark was not back yet. She went out to the garden and sat at the rock where they sat last time when she was with Mark. Her body temperature was now cooling down and her tattoo still glowed with her hair glowing too, It was absorbing the heat coming from her tattoo. Her hair was now moving with the wind as it glowed. Her glowing tattoo being visible as it glowed even more. She looked so Angelic.

"I couldn't help but see you from my window" Georgina said walking towards her.

"Georgina" she said turning around to look at her.

"You are not a human child are you?" Georgina asked getting closer as she stretched to touch her hair "ouch..!!!.it burns!!!!" she said retrieving her hand back in pain.

"Am so sorry " lorna said trying to help her.

"Get away from me.....how does that not burn you!!!!" Georgina screamed in pain as she went far from her.

"I dont know , Georgina let me help you. Let me see it" she said coming closer to her.

"Nooo!!!!" She screamed as she ran away holding her hand that got burned.

She went after her and followed her inside as she cried. Everyone woke up coming down to where Georgina was, her hand was badly burnt and needed attention immediately.

"What's happening?" Japheth asked.

"She burnt my hand...someone get uncle Mark for me it hurts!" She screamed out loud.

The queen angrily went to where Lorna stood as she was trying to explain herself.

"I welcomed you here nicely and you go ahead and harm my daughter!!" She said trying to pull her hair which burnt her too causing her to scream in pain.

Mark arrived alongside him was Manak, Mike and Melaik were already there.

"I didn't mean it , I am sorry" Lorna apologized again as she watched the queen and Lorna cry in pain.

"What magical power is this?" Japheth asked.

Mark ignoring her niece and the queen went to where Lorna was.

"Are you okay love" he asked her as he held her by her shoulders, her hair was falling freely and it touched his hands but didn't burn him.

"Yes, believe me I didn't intend to harm them." She explained herself to him.

"You can't be serious , my mother and sister need your help!" Japheth Screamed at him.

He ignored his demands and hugged Lorna whispering to her ears to stay as he went to attend to them. He gently hold their hands and said some chants. He then took some bandages and covered their hands.

"This does not end here" the queen threatened Lorna, her wound was already attended to. Mark took Lorna's hand after he was done and called to everyone attention.

"I think its time it be announced officially that , the woman next to me. Lorna Charms is my soulmate. My apologies to the queen and princess for the harm her hair; our symbol of love caused to you, it is not her fault that her hair harmed any of you , our unity of me and her caused by our covenant made on the night we made love is the cause of her majestic hair. Any one that declares war on her declares it to me too!!!"

Everyone was left speechless as they watched the ends of her hair connecting to the end of Mark's hair and the blue colour dazzling through both heads.
