Anthony and I woke up pretty early to do some morning workout and were now walking to the front of the school seeing Chloe and Alya having an argument.

"Woah woah ladies what's the fuss?," Anthony laughed as we got in front of them.

"Lila is back," my smile quickly fell from my lips as I heard Chloe.

"Great," I mumbled.

"Marinette hating someone besides-," I give Anthony a glare before he can finish what he was saying "neverminddd."

I roll my eyes and fix my skirt and shirt before holding my head high.

"Ooohh she's ready let's go!," Chloe laughed and she clapped her hands before pushing Anthony from beside me and wrapping her arms around mine.

"Let's get the show started," Alya nodded to Chloe and also wrapped her arm around me.

"What about me?," Anthony complained and pouted.

"Behind us, we need back up," Chloe ordered.

"Can't I hold her hand-"

"No!," Alya and Chloe said at the same time.

"Wait where are we going?," I asked as they led me into the school only to see Lila flirting with Adrian like always.

"To get her away from your man," Alya chuckled.

"Marinette does not need Adrian she's going over there to show Lila who's boss!," Chloe argued.

They stop in their tracks and look at me to make a decision, I pull my arms away and stand next to Anthony.

"Uhm first of all Adrian is not my man, and I don't want him, second of all I don't have To show Lila I'm a boss when I know I am, and third of all I came to school to pass, not for this," I said before Anthony patted my back and he took my arm before dragging me to our class.

"If she tries anything with you then we are behind you babe!," Chloe yelled and I quickly gave her a thumbs up.

We walk into the classroom and sit down together as it starts to get filled up by students.

It was now lunch time and I sat down with Anthony, Chloe and Alya as Nino sat with Adrian and Lila.

Everyone sat at their table as everyone believed Lila lies.

"She's so full of herself," Chloe groaned annoyed.

"Oh and you're not?," Alya laughed.

"Well I mean I'm rich and I'm pretty so what if I'm full of myself, Lila on the other hand has a big forehead and isn't rich."

"Damn double homicide," Anthony joked as we began to laugh out loud.

"Oh I like him," Chloe laughed.

"I mean I am her best friend, of course I'm likable."

"Who said you were her best friend?," Alya mumbled.

"I said."

"No I've known Marinette the longest I'm her best friend," Alya argued.

"Eh I think I've come closer to be her best friend," Chloe laughed.

"Let's all agree that I'm her best friend and drop it at that," Anthony patted my head.

With that comment everyone at the table started to argue with one another's, that was my que to get me a water bottle. As I pay the lunch lady for the water I turn around only to bump into Lila making me drop the water on both us.

"Marinette oh my god why would you do that?," she yelled trying to gain the attention she clearly needed.

"I am so sorry Lila I just turned and you were right there I didn't mean to drop water on Both of us," I sighed.

"How can you not see me I was right in front of you as you dropped it on me, these are my new expensive designer shoes my mom got me from my grandma that died, and now they're ruined," Lila started to cry, as everyone went up behind her to pat her back.

Oh brother.

"Like I said I'm sorry," I mumbled.

"You did it on purpose."

"No I didn't-," I get cut off as I see Adrian walking up to the commotion.

"Lila what's wrong, what happened?," Adrian asked as he looked at her wet clothes.

"Adrian! Marinette dropped water on me on purpose," she grabbed onto his hand.

"Are y-you sure, maybe you just accidentally bumped into one another-," Adrian began.

"No she saw me and literally through the water on me!," she cried.

Adrian looks up at me and sighs "she apologized though."

"But my shoes Adrian an Apology won't fix them," she cried.

Annoyed and frustrated I grab onto my bag and look for some money I have left, but before I can hand her money someone calls my name. I turn to see Anthony jogging towards me upset.

"Are you okay?," he whispered to me.

I stay quiet and look down embarrassed at the situation.

"What's the problem?," he turned to look at Lila.

"My shoes-," she started.

"How much?," I turn to look at Chloe.

"W-what?," Lila stuttered.

"Well how much? Your complaining about them, like do you want money or an apology because she already apologized, also she said it was an accident so please pick what you want," Chloe whipped her hair.

"W-well-"

"If you want money does this work for you," Chloe got out a load of cash and handed it to Lila.

"And with that, we will now go," Anthony rolled his eyes and pulled me away.

"What just happened?," I see Alya walking towards us with snack in her hands.

"We just put down the liar," Chloe laughed.

"More like you," I giggled.

It was after school, Anthony and I were putting in some time to look at our swimming team when Sabrina ran into the pool area out of breath.

"C-Chloe has been A-Akumatized!," she yelled.

"How?," I stood up to head towards the other room to only feel Anthony grab me back.

A group of bees soon start to swarm in and stung Sabrina, turning her into I suppose a spawn for Chloe.

"I am a subject to my Dark Queen, and she is looking for Lila the big fat liar!"

"Guess she got Chloe mad," Anthony mumbled before pulling me away "let's get somewhere safe, let's run."

Crap I knew this was gonna come one day, I tried to pull my hand away but he gripped my hand tighter.

"Anthony we should go warn people then run," I sighed.

"Let's get you safe first and then I'll warn people."

"B-but we can use this time to warn others."

"You might get hurt Marinette," he ran faster.

"But I want to help Anthony," I stop running "we need to help."

"You might get hurt in that process," he mumbled.

"And what about all those people that could use our help, they can get hurt."

"No, I'm not going to let you get hurt," He picked me up and locked me into a class room.

"J-just stay here and wait till I come back okay?"

"Wait what? You said no-," I sighed.

"I only meant you."

"That's not fair," I argued.

"Yes it is, please just stay here okay?," Anthony begged.

I can't just stay in this room while everything is going to hell outside, but I couldn't argue anymore with Anthony and I nodded as he quickly ran out the room.

"What are we gonna do Marinette?!," Tikki freaked out as I walked towards the door to only see a chair blocking me from opening it, I groan annoyed and look around the room to see windows.

"I guess that's our way out," I sighed.

After transforming I was met with Chat on the top of roof.

"Hello there my lady," he curtsied.

"Hello chat," I greeted.

"Heard it was a high school girl named Chloe," he mumbled as we started to run towards the noise of screams.

"Find out anything else?"

"I haven't found out anything at all," he sighed.

I rubbed my head and soon we were met with Chloe being Akumatized as Dark Queen, she was standing over the stair case facing down at her army of innocent people as they lead Lila to the front.

"Crap," I mumbled.

"Let's step in," I stop Chat and look down at the commotion.

I know I'm a hero but I'm a friend before that, if Chloe is looking for Lila then I'm pretty sure she was the one that led Chloe to turn to Hawk Moth. I shouldn't let Chloe hurt Lila, but I can't help but want to watch Lila get hurt like she hurt Chloe and me.

"Ladybug," Chat shook my shoulder to grab my attention.

"Think of something that girl is going to get seriously hurt," he mumbled.

"Maybe she deserved it," I whispered.

"Bugaboo what are you saying?"

"Chat we both know when a civilian is Akumatized it is because they were wronged in a way, maybe that girl did something to Chloe that made her feel this way, I mean I don't find it that wrong for her to get what she deserves," I sighed.

"That's not what we do," Chat yelled lightly.

I looked down embarrassed at my own words.

He's right.

"What if she did it by accident?"

Highly doubt that.

"Okay I'm sorry," I mumbled.

"Uhm then go get that girl and I'll handle Chloe."

"Okay okay m'lady," Chat saluted me and jumped off towards another area before grabbing onto Lila and jumped away quickly as Chloe yelled in frustration and ordered her minions to follow them.

I slowly slide down as Chloe sits down on her thrown and begins to cry lightly, my heart stops as I hear one of my close friends spur out lies.

"I want them to find her!," Chloe yelled.

"Find her and let her feel the pain I am feeling."

Chloe looks down at her hands and pulls her hair "she's right, none of my friends like me, they just have to deal with me because I'm always around them, my own mother hates me," she cried.

I feel my eyes water, did Lila really tell Chloe all these things? How can she do that to a fellow classmate, how can she lie that we don't like Chloe, and her own mom, that's a touchy subject for her. I take a deep breath before I stand up proudly and make my way to Chloe.

"L-Ladybug, what are you doing here?" She asked shocked.

"I'm here to stop you Chloe," I smiled softly.

"It's Dark Queen!," she yelled and stood up.

"No it's Chloe."

"Stop calling me that! Stop it!"

I stand in front of her and open my arms "I'm not going to fight you, I know why your upset, but this isn't the way," I sighed.

"No one was going to listen to me if I told them that Lila insulted me," Chloe argued.

"Really? No one?," I mumbled.

Chloe looks at me confused and shook her head before she began to cry.

"Marinette would've believed in me, Alya too," she admitted.

"But I can't stop anymore," Chloe face went pale "Hawk Moth is stronger than before Ladybug."

"What are you talking about?"

Chloe yells in pain as she falls on the ground.

"Chloe!," I yelled and ran to her side.

"He can hurt anyone that now gets Akumatized to get you and Chat Noirs miraculous's," she panted and tried to stand up but failed.

I quickly start to look over her body to find the object that the Akuma is in to see her hair clip from New York, before I can grab it Chloe pushes me away from her.

"I am Dark Queen give me you and Chat Noirs Miraculous's," I look up to only see her face covered by Hawkmoths shield.

"Marinette run we have to get as far as possible from her to figure out another plan!," Tikki yelled and I quickly start to run.

"You can't get away from my swarm of bees Ladybug!," Chloe yelled from behind me.

"I need to find a classroom to get the Lucky charm," I said.

"You have to go back where Anthony left you," Tikki said.

"It's on the other side of the school I'll be caught," I argued.

"Chloe won't think you'd risk it if you went behind her, she'll think you kept running ahead, that's why this a good plan," Tikki mumbled.

I look around me to see a classroom open and I quickly run insides before running out the window and using my yo-yo to swing to another building and jumping back on the roof of the school.

"Now let's get to that room," I mumbled.

I see the window is now closed.

"Crap," I mumbled.

I swing my yo-yo and jump off the building locking my legs together as it gets in contact with the glass as it smashes with my feet.

"Let's go Tikki! Lucky Charm!," I yelled as I look down to see a vacuum.

"Ughhhh," I groan and notice the doors unlocked and I make my way outside and start to run towards the stairs.

"M'Lady!," Chat lands beside me and looks down at the vacuum in my hand.

"Really?," he questioned.

"We'll see when we get there," I mumbled as we turn a corner to see Chloe with many bees and civilians by her side.

"Give me your miraculous's!," she yelled.

"Over our dead body!," I yelled back and looked around to find my plan.

"Chat you have to get behind her and take away that clip in her hair, that's where the Akuma is hiding, I'll fight off the bees by sucking them in the vacuum as for the civilians I'll just try to keep from them," I whispered to him as he nods.

"Get them! Get them! Get them!," Chloe yelled.

Chat jumps quickly disappearing on the roof as I start to fight and vacuum.

I turn to see Chat jump on Chloe and smash the clip in his hand.

"Yes!," I yelled and grabbed my yo-yo.

"No more any evil doings for you little Akuma," I capture it "time to de-evilize, gotcha!," I start swinging it around and let it lose.

"Bye-Bye little Butterfly," I waved and throw the vacuum in the air "Miraculous Ladybug!," I yelled and see my charm fix everything around us.

"Pound it," Chat laughed lights we fist bump.

I turn to Chloe seeing her collapsed on the ground.

"I'll take care of her," I tell Chat and grab onto her body before heading to a classroom and locking it up.

I de-transform and grab Chloe into my arms as she wakes up and looks at me with sad eyes.

"I'm sorry," tears slid down her face.

"It's okay babe it's okay, I heard how Lila insulted you, but I'm your friend because you are a very kind person and I'll never ever be annoyed by you," I smiled and rubbed her head.

"I love you Chloe I really do," I hugged her tighter "you are one of my closest friends and Lila is just jealous because you have such good people around you, just ignore her stupid comments like how we ignore her big forehead," I laughed lightly.

Chloe giggled and looked up at me.

"Thank you Marinette."

"I'm always here for you babe."
