After removing the locket from the neck,Fahad became a little weak.That was not a problem for him.But the problem is,the surrounding environment is started to looks different.The courage that had been inside him for so long seemed to have suddenly disappeared.Fahad's body shaken just thinking about how he had killed so many people.He feels himself much weaker than before.Fahad suffers more than before for his parents when he remembers Ting Maang and Umar.Ratul,who was responsible for his parents death,also seems to be a terrible person to him.It is as if he has entered his own world in a new and different way.There's are thousands of danger around every moment.

Fahad was sweating a lot even in the cold AC room.

However,after removing the locket,he did not have any internal changes except physical exhaustion and fear.

Fahad's intelligence was keen(sharp) from a young age,he kept thinking about it,is there really fear in his mind or is the locket behind his fear!!So that he does not revome the locket from his body(neck),is that why the locket is affecting in his mind!!

As soon as he closed his eyes and put his hand on the locket,again he finds himself back to his former(previous) form.He hung the locket around his neck and started to think about the power of the locket.Fahad understood the difference between having a locket or not.

Let's take Fahad's two entities.

Fahad's no.1 entity works while wearing the locket.He is very strong,fearless,alert and a few times more efficient than usual.

Fahad's 2nd entity without wearing a locket.He is very timid,relatively less alert,weak and also sick.

Fahad wants to reduce the gap between the two entities.That is,he should be in a normal state even after removing the locket.For this he needs treatment.Both physically and mentally.

Fahad goes to doctor with the locket around his neck.But despite doing many tests,the doctors did not found any problem in his body.Then Fahad removed his locket and put it in his pocket,and decides to go to another private clinic.But on his way,there's the problem.After removing the locket, he could not move his legs in fear of cars.So many people around.He feels very helpless.As if everyone in this world is colorful but he is the only one black and white among all them.

Fahad could not move a step forward because of the panic.Then he was forced to hang the locket around his neck.

He decides to open(remove) the locket just before the tests.

This time some problem were caught in Fahad.Especially in the kidneys.Their condition is not good at all.And if it was a few months late,it could have gotten serious.Each kidney in the human body contains 12K nephrons.When this nephron is damaged,the kidney become useless. Fahad's nephron count has begun to decrease.Maybe in a few days 50 percent of the nephrons would have lost.The doctors gave Fahad some tips and medicine.The process of healing the second entity of Fahad's begins.

But in order to overcome the fear,it's necessary to see a psychiatrist.

There is one of the best psychiatrists in Egypt,

but it will not be safe for Fahad to go to him.If he catches,Fahad is a murderer!!

Fahad is looking for a medium quality(moderate) psychiatrist.And keep looking for someone who will be a girl.Because Fahad's idea(concept) is that girl's usually have less intelligence,they don't have the curious as boys.

After searching online for a while,Fahad found a girl named Alisha.Fahad's first entity is reluctant to rush to someone and tells them about his problem.So Fahad first started to check the background of psychiatrist Alisha.

The girl studied psychology in Venice,Italy and was born there.Graduation completed not long ago(it hasn't been long since she graduated).There's she sat in his personal chamber for sometimes.Then suddenly moved to Egypt.

She didn't started treatment after move to Egypt.She was doing research on something for a while.Later,due to financial problems,she started giving treatment and various therapies in a small room at the back of a medicine shop known to(by) her uncle.However,she has gained a good reputation in a very short time.She is quite famous around.
