Eli Wilde is given the chance of achieving his dream of becoming a superhero. He becomes Electrick and is on his way to saving the world and keeping it safe from the bad guys. He’s sworn to keep his alter-ego a secret at all costs, even from Mo, his best friend and the secret love of his life. When Mo starts dating Blaze Hart, Eli has to fight his feelings and Blaze’s supervillain alter-ego, Sunspark. This means war.

Electric Love

Tadashi dropped the opened bag of cheese balls he was holding. The orange balls fell and scattered on the carpet. This had not been what he was expecting to see after lunch. He needed to get a textbook before his next class only to find Electrick in his room.


Eli took off the metal suit and it folded into itself like a large origami. It went into the metal box Eli had brought at the start of the semester and kept under his bed. So that’s what had been inside of it. Tadashi’s brain felt like it was going to explode.


His best friend and roommate was a superhero.


He pointed to Eli and to the metal case where the suit was hidden. “You!”


Eli approached him warily. “Tadashi.”


Tadashi was reduced to singular words. Anything more was too much for him. He might collapse or die. He didn’t know what would happen.
