"Perhaps, but that is way too weird for words. Something that definitely needs to be checked into eventually. Alyssa looked at me with concern, and I was starting to wonder if my life was some ironic sitcom movie.


"Uh, like how the Fae world never approved of the hybrid notion being inflicted into their pure bloodline. That was why other Fae colonies tried to send hired assassins to murder Maria."
