THE REUNION

It was five,forty in the morning ,my dad drove us to the airport and we got there at six.We were moving to London because my ad got a job there for some reason ,cause he barely keeps a job.We took our flight to London ,everyone was happy but I wasn't ,to say the truth I didn't like being a part of this family and my dad is always making us move from places,I lose a lot of friends.

We got in London in the afternoon and I was starving ,I really needed something to eat .I bet every was hungry too.

"Where are we going ,can't we get something to eat first....dad ??

"Sweetie thats a great idea,don't you think George ?

"(Thoughts)why is she answering I didnt ask her.

"Sure,let me just get a cab.TAXI !!!!!.Come on guys.

We got in the car.

"Where can I take you,mate ?

"Please, take us to restaurant near by .

"Sure,mate.

The taxi driver took us someplace called FAST FOOD RESTAURANT.The food was nice but I didnt get to finished it cause my dad got a call and he told us that we had to go.We got out of the restaurant and there was a black car,a man came out wearing cool black suit.

"Mr Woods (while shaking his hand)

"Hi Mr.....

"Mr Golden.I am Tad Golden.

"Oh (smiling)

"Mr Woods,thats your car and I have me sent here to take you to your new house.

"Car !?

"Yes,miss Woods.

We got in the car ,the man drove us to nice house.I was so surprised I asked my self "what type of job did he get ? ".We got out the car then the man said he wanted to speak to my dad alone ,my step mom told us me and my step brothers to get inside .I was peeping through the window ,the man talking to my dad it looked like he was warning him about something.Anyways I thought he was telling him to be more careful with the new job.I went up stairs to my new room,I wanted to think of what of what I was gonna do with the new life and also I didnt want to be help arranging things down stairs.Suddenly I fell asleep ,ready to start a new life in a new place.

SIX MOTHNS LATER

I didn't like school,maybe it was because I didn't have a lot of friends or maybe because I wasn't popular or maybe for other reason.I only had one friend ,my best friend ever

Maddie.I was carrying my books on my way to my locker and I dropped the books ,as soon as I started picking them up someone pushed me I fell and landed on my hand.It got twisted ,I screamed while trying to see who pushed me .I turned around and it was Willard he looked at me with a psychopath eye.I was scared started to think why is he always like this ?,what did I do ?.At that very same moment principal James appeared and I saw Maddie behind him.

"Willard !!

"Sir .

"Are you bullying Tracy again ?

"No sir ,she just...

"I gave you a warning .In my office Willard.

"But sir ....

"In my office.Maddie take her to the school nurse.

"Ok sir .

Maddie took me to the school nurse ,in my head I was willing Willard to be suspended or expelled.Two hours later the nurse finished up treating my hand and I left with Maddie.

"Hey I'm sorry about the hand .

"Its ok .Were you the one who called principal James ?

"Yeah ,I did.

"Thanks

"Your welcome.I will see you tomorrow oky, good night.

"Good night.

I went home ,I didn't want to tell my step mom or my dad about it so I got in through the back door .My step mom heard me and she came in the kitchen.I hid my hand behind my back.

"Hey , you late today .What happened ?

"Nothing , I was just with Maddie.

"Really ?

"Yeah.

"Well your principal called ,he said someone broke your hand.

"Yeah .

"So why didn't you tell me ?

"...I want you to know.

"Tracy ,you can talk to me .

"I said I didnt want to tell you .

"Why ?

She didnt answer and started to walk away .

"Tracy ?,Tracy ?!!

"Your not my mother oky !.You never were and never will be !.So stop pretending to be one.

I rushed upstairs got in my room and slammed the door.I threw my bag pack regardlessly,sat down leaning on the door crying.I heard a knock on the door.

"Go away(sobbing).

"I just wanna talk .Its okay ,I will just speak out here.You know ,I lost someone and it was my mom too .One day she was arguing with my dad , she just left and never came back.For a long time I hated her and I was just broken .Without realizing it was affecting everyone around me , I was pushing everyone away.As time was passing I started to let go , trying to forgive her and look at me now ,I'm free .Tracy you have to forgive and move on.

She then knocked twice and left.I went down stairs and hugged her.

"I'm sorry. (crying)

"It's okay.Sit down.

She wiped my tears and made me a cup of milk.She joke around,made me laugh and I started to think that maybe she was right,maybe I don't know why my mom left and maybe that's okay.I have a mother maybe I should just appreciate it.Few hours later my dad came ,he made us dinner that night .It was the greatest that I have ever had.

THE NEXT DAY

I woke up in the morning ,took a bath and went down stairs to the kitchen.I found my mom making breakfast but my dad had already left.

"Morning,mom.

She look at me and smiled.I could tell from that smile that she was happy and proud to hear me saying that.

"Morning.breakfast ?

"Yeah.

I ate up and she drove me to school .I got out of the car walk to the hallway ,there I met Maddie.She joked around and I told her I'm gonna meet her in class.I had to drop somethings in my locker.I walked to my locker , opened it and then I felt something crawling on my shoulder.I dropped my books , slapped it really hard and turned around found Bobby laughing.

"Dude ! , why did you do that ?

"Come on Tracy ,it what we used to do ?

"I know it was just a trick questin.Come here you. (hugging him)

"Man, you look good and burly.

"Yeah ,been working out .

"I can see and it's actually working out(both laugh).So what are you doing here ?

"My dad got back together with my mom,so she said we had to live and stay with her here in London.

"That's cool.

"Since it's birthday I bought you something.

He pull out and new wrist watch in his back pack.

"Aww you remembered , thank you.

"You are welcome.

"Hey you are coming over after school right ?

"But I don't know where you live.

"Oh here is my address.

"Whoa , what happened to your hand

"It's nothing , some jerk pushed me and I twisted it .

"Aww sorry .She I was there.

"It's ok.I gotta go to class ,I will see you after school alright.

"OK .

I went to class ,Maddie sat behind me so I told what happened.A few minutes later Mr Johnson came in, he was our English teacher.

AFTER SCHOOL

I got went upstairs changed my clothes.I wore my new white T-shirt with words on it saying HAPPY BIRTHDAY.I walked downstairs , helped my mom settling things .Within a few hours people started coming ,the last person to come was Bobby.

"Hey.

"Hey , took you long enough.

"Yeah that's cause I got lost .

"Well it's better late than never.Come on in .

We got in the house I introduced him to Maddie,my mom and dad.The party was great ,although I didn't have a lot of friends it was fine by me.Having those two was enough . I blew the candles ,ate the cake and started playing with it .I laughed , my face froze with happiness and my heart overflowing with joy .It was really the greatest year of my life.
