Battle.

20 hours later.

After meditating for a really long time, I finally opened my eyes. In my mind, only the thoughts of fighting Hisoka remained. In my eyes, there was the simple desire to kill him. Nothing else.

"Ehm, are you okay?" I heard Vergo asking this.

When I looked at him, it was visible that my gaze made him feel discomfort and goosebumps.

"Did you find Hisoka?" I ignored his question.

"I did. With the help of the red butterflies, it was easy. I was able to find Hisoka's location. I'm still amazed by the idea of using butterflies to track him. It was an amazing idea." Vergo commented.

"It wasn't my idea. It was Gon's. Vergo, keep Illumi busy while I deal with Hisoka." I told him.

"Don't worry, I will deal with Illumi. You can fight with Hisoka without having to worry." He said while gripping his staff tightly.

Nodding, I got up and fixed myself. After doing this, I followed after Vergo throughout the forest until we found a certain area that had no trees. Hisoka was there, toying with a contestant named Goz. He was already bleeding out and it was only a matter of time before he died. I think he wanted to die a warrior's death but that mattered little to me.

"Do not interfere in our fight." Goz said.

But I approached him and simply stabbed his chest with my hand. Then, I pulled his heart out before I squeezed it and tossed it aside. In my eyes, he was simply trash. My target is only Hisoka.

Speaking of the devil, he looked at me and smiled with a crazy expression. Neither one of us could wait anymore to fight each other. With my eyes, I gave a simple message to Gon, who was hiding in the bushes. Do not interfere. If you do, I will kill you.

I could see Illumi coming out of the forest but me and Hisoka ignored his presence. After all, Vergo dashed and appeared right in front Illumi with his staff in hands.

"I will not let you interfere in this fight!" Vergo warned him while getting in his battle stance.

I simply walked towards Hisoka before dashing and going for a kick straight to his face. He bent himself and dodged my kick, in response, I went for a left punch but Hisoka blocked it and pushed me away with his hand. This sent me flying until I hit the ground. After getting up, I looked at him and I could feel his killing intent.

'He is making fun of me by using the same trick twice. I will kill him for such disrespect. He will pay. He will die by my own hands.' I thought before my own killing intent clashed with his.

(New ability acquired: Killing Intent.) I suddenly heard Nyarlathotep saying this.

'I will deal with it later.' I told her right when I used Rhythm Echo and created a few afterimages.

All of them dashed at him at the same time I did but he simply punched the real one. "Your heart beat and killing intent gave away who was the real one." He said while punching me.

I made a back flip mid air before landing on the ground and cleaning my face. Then I ran straight at him and went blow to blow with him. While Hisoka blocked or dodged most of my strikes, I was only able to barely dodge his strikes. If I block them, he will break my guard and hit me. The difference in strength between Hisoka and me is way too big.

Suddenly, I punched one of Hisoka's arms, sending it upwards before I pulled my gun out, at extreme close range, and pulled the trigger while aiming it at his face. Hisoka was barely able to dodge the bullet but it ended up scratching his cheek while he dodged. Right after shooting, I felt pain on my left abdomen. Looking at it, I saw one of his legs deeply on it.

He managed to kick me while I shot him. His kick sent me flying until I hit a tree, when I did, I threw up blood. With this, I probably broke a couple of ribs. After hitting the ground, I barely was able to get up before I saw that Vergo was thrown at me.

"Here, you can have him back." He said as Vergo's body appeared in front of me, he was barely alive.

"I will kill you... How dare you hurt my family!" I said this when I looked at his body.

(Hisoka POV)

I could see Oemitsu releasing high ammounts of aura from his body. Me and Illumi were using our Nen to defend ourselves.

"Ahhhhhhhh!!!" He was screaming like a madman.

'Hmm. What is this energy that is pushing me back even when I'm using my Nen? It doesn't look like normal aura.' I wondered.

Suddenly, Oemitsu's eyes turned completely black and the intensity of his screams increased to the point that it seemed like he turned into a wild animal.

'I can't help but smile at such scene. Oemitsu is like a Jack in the box. He always brings more surprises to the table each time we fight. This is getting me even more excited. Hmm. The face he is making is turning me on.' I smiled before me and Illumi dashed at him at the same time.

I grabbed his head and forced it deep on the ground. Illumi was attacking his chest directly, with heavy punches. While Oemitsu may have gotten to himself a temporary power boost, it still is not enough to stand up to both me and Illumi together. This made him slowly lose his consciousness. Looking at my arms, there was some small injuries on them.

"He is becoming a threat. He is becoming stronger and stronger maybe I should eliminate him." Illumi said.

This made me snap my head to look at him. "Oemitsu is my prey. You are not allowed to touch him." I warned him.

"I know. I will not get in your way." He said before he got up.

'He is turning into a more interesting toy than I expected. I can't wait for him to develop, so that I can break him.' I continued to smile while looking at Oemitsu's unconscious face.

(Nyarlathotep POV.)

Inside a dark room with dark funiture and a small light. A mysterious figure can be seen holding a book in it's hands with the title Mitsu-kun's Development Diary. The figure licking it's lips before saying. "He awakened Conqueror's Haki earlier than I expected. He is slowly building up to what I want him to be. First getting 2 family members that he has to protect, his two new family members will increase his desire for power. After all, he needs to defend his family

After all, he need to defend his family. Afterwards, I sent him to HxH world, knowing the huge threat he would go through. But he needed to learn not only how to fight but also how to survive. By fighting beings stronger than him, he is slowly breaking his limits. Seeing the diference in power, Mitsu-kun will want to hunt them down. After all he is slowly turning into a battle maniac.

The stronger his target is, the stronger he will become, which is why I sent him to the Hunter Exam. I knew that when he would meet Hisoka and Netero he would set Hisoka as a target to hunt and fight in the near future. Netero was someone who did not even thought of him as interesting. He is someone who is so strong that he has grown bored of anything.

Mitsu-kun stilll hadn't realized that Netero didn't even took him seriosly. He is just bored because there is no opponent at his level at this point. I offered him two targets, one that he can catch in maybe 3 to 4 years and the other who he simply cannot even see the limit of. I'm slowly training him to become the perfect warrior. After a warrior, I will train him to be a perfect general and after that, a King. He will be the perfect King, as he is destined to be.

However, that is for later. Right now I still have a lot of work to do and plans to make. I might have to send him to the dark continent earlier than expected, but it doesn't matter, as long as I am with him. I cannot wait to see what he will become, just thinking about it makes me get wet. A pity that it still isn't the right time to make my little brother a man. Huff, so sad that I have to relieve myself alone.'
